I would like to express my concern regarding the cleanup service that was scheduled after the water leak repair work at my property.
After the repair was completed, my front lawn was left in a very messy condition with clay and sand scattered around the area. I specifically requested a cleanup service to restore the lawn.
On the scheduled service date, three workers arrived with two vehicles at around 10:30 AM, but they did not start work until about 11:30 AM. After working for about an hour, they left for lunch and came back and worked for 1 hour and left my property. But the work is still pending and there is no clean up.
From what I observed, the actual work took only a few hours. I believe this job could have been completed within 2–3 hours, but due to their delays, it ended up taking the whole day.
I am bringing this to your attention because you may not be aware of how the work was carried out on-site. As customers, we work hard to earn money and pay for professional services with the expectation of receiving fair value and quality of work. I have to pay $9000 for this service but I'll not pay until you clean my property properly because I cannot hire and spend another person and give $1000 for this clean up work.). I believe management should be aware of this situation and take appropriate action to ensure better service in the future.
