GoGroopie Earrings and insect repellents

On the 6th August I ordered Swarovski earings £4.99 + £3.99 p& p.
Voucher code: [protected].

Also on the 6th August I ordered 2 table top insect repellants £16.95 + £4.99 p+ p.
Order num: [protected]. told 10 working days for delivery.

Please, Please will someone look into this for me. This is a lot of money to waste.

If I do not get a reply this time, I am taking this to the financial Ombudsman.

Desired outcome: Products sent out immediately or a complete refund of products and P + P.

GoGroopie Hotel-Quality Stripe Pillows - 1, 2 or 4-Pack

I ordered 4 pillows on the 27th Aug. On 8th Sept I requested to cancel my order via their contact form. This was within the 14days cancellation terms and conditions. I have since completed 2 contact forms and emailed GoGroupie twice but have heard nothing.

I am extremely disappointed with their service and their customer service. Will never use them again. Please could you step in to get me my refund of £14.99.

GoGroopie Electric uv light suction device

In August, I ordered an Electric UV Light Suction Device. This is the description:

"Don't insects spoil your summer - get this Electric UV Light Insect Suction Device!

GoGroopie 50ft flat garden hose and spray gun

I order the above item on 26th June 21, voucher number [protected] - £9.99.

The money has been taken from my bank account and as of today's date (02/09/21) i have not received my delivery. Despite me sending 3 messages to them asking what is going on, i have not received a reply.

I feel i want my money refunded to my bank account immediately, or a refund cheque sent to me.

GoGroopie 100 freesias bulbs - 50 singles & 50 doubles

I purchased the above items with my Barclays Debit card on 4 May 2021 at 13:29 pm. I was not sent invoice but later had emails asking me to redeem my item but nothing happened when I tried to redeem my item/parcel for despatch to my address. Later trials to redeem my item could not go through. I want my purchased item delivered to my address immediately

Desired outcome: Either you sent my item to me or refund the purchased amount.

GoGroopie iPhone 6, 6S, 7, 8 or X at a heavily discounted price

Order was placed on 9 July. The voucher was redeemed as soon as it arrived, the product did not arrive within the 10 days specified. I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund of my money. The merchant is ECircuits. Go Groupie customer service sent me a response on 5 August attaching a response from Robert at the Merchant saying that he had put a cancellation note and to allow 48 hours for system to update. GoGroupie customer service have not responded to further emails asking where the refund is.

GoGroopie 3m waterproof UV-protecting Sail Sunshade ordered on 8th June 2021

I ordered the 3m waterproof UV-protecting Sail Sunshade on 8th June but have received nothing yet! I have paid £9.99 - this sum is recorded on my latest credit card statement. Several times I have clicked on 'Redeem Voucher' but simply get a green shaped diamond - no writing, nothing!

Will you please sort this problem out for me so that I can receive the sun shade ASAP!

GoGroopie Delivery not received

I bought a ticket for a surprise gift, ticket number #[protected]-5530. I had a Hermes card with a left in out building ticked. I had no contact informing me of a delivery due. I looked in my greenhouse & nothing was there. I went onto Hermes tracking & there shows a photo of a black plastic covered box on my doorstep, in the open. Not in an out building. There was no package on my doorstep when I arrived home but Hermes showed a direct 2 Publik ltd delivery. I have emailed gogroopie 3 times as this is their merchant. Each time I get a reply saying ‘ we've contacted our merchant & they say the courier has delivered your parcel. I have explained that I don't have it but every email has the exact same answer. It takes them 3 days at least to reply to each email too. I have requested a refund but they are ignoring my request & repeating emails. The photos show the parcel was left unattended on my doorstep which is is in the open on a road side

I have been trying to contact you for a while i cant seem to get anyone on phone or didnt get my email answered i have got 13.99pence of credit and it is showing only 6.00 i showed an interest in a couple of things but didnt purchase them i am trying to use it to purchase a handbag. thank you

GoGroopie solar power flood light

I have previously sent an e.mail by mistake to the US, I ordered a solar power flood light in late November. The payment of £9.99 was taken out of my account on the 3thd of December, I have not received the flood light or any correspondence from GoGroopie, partially my fault as I have been sending my e.mails to the wrong country. I. would now like to have a full refund of the £9.99 taken out of my account before I use GoGroopie again. Could you please notify me of any action you are going to take. Regards Ian Fowler

GoGroopie Ordering from you - difficult/cannot

-I have tried on several occasion to order from you especially the Breathable Air-Cushioned Trainers and each time i try to complete the order form and payment details i am told to correct the spelling of the Town Address, each time i have checked it, it is correct, but cannot go any further with my orders because of this WHY! I have also been interested in several other items you display but the same happens, i do know how to spell the Town i come from, so it cant be wrong as i have checked and checked this over and over again so why is this happening and can you help me to resolve this problem.

I have sent numerous e.mails to yourselves regarding the product listed, I ordered the flood light late November, payment was taken out of my account on the 3thd December £9.99.I have not received the flood light to Date. Because of the service that I have received I would like to cancel my order and request a refund of the full amount of £9.99 .

GoGroopie Blood pressure monitor

[protected] This is my case number that your company are supposed to be dealing with. I have logged a complaint with you regarding this product on the 4th Feb 2021 and it is still not resolved. I received a message that merchant was contacted and would contact me in 7 days no response. I then received a message contact with merchant was suspended and you would resolve it in about 2 days. nothing has happened and every time I contact Bethany of your customer service she sends me the exact same email " I have emailed merchant they should contact within 7 days" so this proves she does not read my emails. This complaint is now going on almost 5 weeks I think its gone well over time and I would like a refund immediately please as its gone on long enough.

I ordered the item above in November, the payment of £9.99 was taken out of my account on the 3thd December, I sent numerous e. mails and have not received any replies, neither have I received the flood Light. This is now really dragging on and I feel that I have to go further with this complaint. Please could you reply to this e. mail to at least bring me up to date.
