I'll keep it brief. I'm a business owner and don't have much time. I've been ordering from this business for 4 years now. They're the only distributor I can get a particular item from at this time. The customer service experience is less than stellar. You order a product and they consistently send the wrong item or less than what was ordered. Their excuse is always "it's out of stock" AFTER you've placed the order and paid for said product. No apologies, no sincerity, no email notifications or proper etiquette. They
make mistakes and take no accountability. Once I locate another distributor I'll be taking my business elsewhere
