I ordered a product from Glow Bowl order # GU992147-GB on December first 2020 and still have not received it January 06, 2021 I guess I should mention I ordered from your sight. I tried tracking the package but it came to a halt on December 13, 2020 at Des Plains IL. If they have no intention on delivering the order I would like my money back do to the fact that I was expecting this order for a Christmas gift. Patiently waiting your response. Rude behaviour
I ordered a glow bowl and it came out of order in 2 weeks of using it. I called the customer service willing to replace it (I could afford it thanks to the warranty), but instead of a pleasant and fast conversation, I got a terrible trash. I talked to an impolite woman who ruined my great mood. I was so offended by the way she talked to me, felt like it was my fault that the item was broken. Oh it was so terrible. As far as I remember her name was Sarah.
I think you have to look into the matter and teach this woman how to talk to customers. Her goal is not to make people's lives better.
If this is Glow Bowl's attitude towards their customers then a refund would be appropriate.
