Hi Guys, I've also been scammed by these b@stards. Sold 3 tickets to 'Denise White' and still received no money.
I've already filed complaints all over the internet, but I'd like to do as much as I can to take these b@stards down.
I'll go to the police as soon as possible and report theft as @denver79 suggests.

Hi everyone -

@ DavidTaylor86 - well done mate, good speaking to you friday, lets progress as discussed - private messaging and calls for anything sensitive.

@ GTM Victim - I will fill that also now - www.canyoutrustthem.com
Good work, lets add as many as we can! Anything further to add? Again private e-mails for very sensitive stuff.

@ clarke1985 / blue section / Easy Easy - Dont resign to losing your hard earned cash! Thats exactly what they want you to think! Its them that has done US wrong and we have every right to follow this through every channel possible! They must be brought to task, they didnt just give your tickets to there mates, they sold them on for £1000's and are going to be spending YOUR money while you dont have a penny from it! They are expecting you to give in without a fight, your been mugged once, dont be mugged again...fight on! Remember once we find them, charge them and they are fined /jailed we can receive compensation by the courts, they will look at all the people that have filed cases against them for funds, and there assets will be sold and some money from that will come to us. Remember you have those e-mails that say they will pay you £x in under 10 days, yes thats a contract - A sales contract that will hold up in any court in the UK.

Was just thinking about a few things in the shower this morn, this is not fraud, its THEFT! I have heard cases of the Beijing Olympic Ticket scandal, ppl bought tickets that were never delivered, the comp that sold them tickets blamed another company (which they created themselves) to fool everyone. They are currently facing trial for fraud, they are sure to be convicted and jailed.

This is very different, our tickets were stolen by GTM. They used deception to make us believe they were going to buyers, but it was going to them via different sources. So the next course is to open reports with the police for theft! EG, you try and sell your car through an agency, the agency sells your car for you and pockets the money...you open a charge of theft. If GTM dont pay us everyone one of us should open a case of theft with the police.

I was also thinking whether they are operating in the UK or Spain, another department that would really love to hear about them is HMRC. They have the highest authority in the UK even higher then the police, if this company is pocketing money from these sales and are not paying VAT. Its a win win, if they are not paying VAT on £100 000's HMRC can find them fine and jail them. If they are paying VAT in the UK we can trace them via HMRC. If they are not in the UK we can still trace them via HMRC rules as they govern via the EU. I am sure HMRC / UK authorites would love to know about people like this that are using the EU to avoid taxes. Trust me this is very serious to them as its taking tax out of the HMRC coffers!

Sorry for all the typos on my mails i am rubbish at typing.

First of all sorry for all the typos on my messages i obviously am not taking time to read and correct myself basically iam Crap at typing.
Easy i am 100 percent certain that we have lost our money for now there will be no payment next week.Right now what we can do is make as much noise as possible and make it so difficult for them to operate in order to ensure that the crime they have commited does not pay in the long run. They may have made a 100 grand or more but they will always be looking over their shoulders as some of us are determined to do everything we can to bring them to justice. Have you contacted trading standard to register the fraud ? this is one place to start. Equally lot of us have been discussing the fraud on this page but has everyone of us registered their complaint on this complaint board website seperatly. I feel that we all should because then when people goole global ticket market all these complaints will come up on seperate links the more the merrier.
Cheers

hey Global ticket market - Are they crazy enough to even try selling again after all this bad press? I saw the wimbledon link earlier today too.

Makes me think why they are even bothering - wimb starts on the 20th, todays the 4th..if we dont get them paying by monday (yeah right), we can start with our own website etc. Those unfortunate enough to buy and sell wimb tickets will have enough time to cancel there tickets if we dont get paid! And we'll put enuff details up so nobody buys from there site, and we can even put something to say theres a few dodgy sites out there selling cancelled tickets etc! Make sure you buy from a legimate site...even if they get there hands on a bunch of cancelled tickets no one will buy them off them!

Guys as i suspected they are targeting wimbledon i thought that the event was too close for them to have time to come back with a new Name etc While doing some research on google i have found that they have set up a link wimbledon tickets buy wimbledon tickets sell wimbldon tickets and click on the link and it will take you straight to their website.
I have already reported them to Wimbledon commercial Team and you should do the same please guys do not let them get a penny more out of this and personally i am prepared to spend 1000's to put them out of business and seem them in Jail. Keep the campain going there is no let up for it is not about the money anymore. I want to see justice done

I agree we could not put up a website now but just keep an eye on any new website slightly similar on the run up to wimbledon .
We must make sure we give an example to all the likes of them that it will no longer be as easy as they think to be to set up websites like that swindle people and disapear. if we do not get our money back we will follow them to their graves.

@ Global ticket market Victim - Who is ever goimg to buy from this site again? If you do your homework before selling you will see this board.

If they are legit, and intend trading again, they would need to pay all of us and we can remove this thread! And everyone is happy...though the fact that they have not made any coments on this site stating yes, its taking a bit of time, but we intend to come good kinda tells u there scammers!

@Global ticket market Victim - Try lloyds again, using some of which helped me...i really got them listening and acting...i find if you have a name of a person, especially a full name they are more likely to do something about it, also which office / where they are...they are accountable...when they give no name, or just a first name, they dont give a toss!

I tht about that name too, right now on the slim chance they are legit (yeah right) we could get into trouble...if we put a website up like that now. But should they screw us over, well then I am for buying the name, and hosting a website divulging as much info we have on them...and without giving up too much i/we have a lot of info on these guys. I was thinking a nice site which gave details to the fco and the name/ telephone number of the officer dealing with it from the Serious Fraud Unit. Let everyone who has ever been swindled by these guys join in and inaundate the local authorities. If they are in spain we can also open a case there and publish those details on our site, officer details.. i wrote a bit of what we have already have, but deleted it...why give them the heads-up...lets keep it private, like how they are keeping our money "privately"

If i dont see money in my a/c in the next few days, we all know were been screwed over and then why hold back. If watching medical detectives has taught me anything, no matter how much you try and cover your tracks, theres always one little thing you forget...and from the looks of it these guys have left us with a lot of starts, we just need to pursue them should we not get paid!

Look at their website again and you will see that Wimledon being so close they are going to target it as they are already selling imaginary first round tickets . May be we should report them to wimbledon so that they get the publicity they deserve. Fraudsters website.
Suggestion Should we not set up a temporary website and call it global market ticket scam and expose them ? They are about to do it again.
Anyway coming back to the scam Spoke to Lloyds even though i bank with them they were not interested to say the least. I rang them back and insisted they take down the sort code and banking details if i get defrauded then they will have case to answer for.

Anybody with any luck?

@ ndbjsm and everyone else - The fact that none of us have ever had a name attached to the end of the e-mail should say something, I have dealt with viagogo, t/master, seatwave...they always have a name!

ndbjsm just a note that there is no account department and no other department for that matter. It is just a bunch of people that are buying time.

I believe that everyone who has emailed/called them has heard the same answer. The fact is that the "The world's leader in ticket exchange" does not take 5 full days to do verification. I am absolutely positive that they are not going to contact you. They have never done so with me or anyone else in here.

What they are saying does not make sense anyway. It is like buying a brand new car, you take it from the factory and crash it on the first turn and then go back to the factory and ask for your money back. Would this ever happen and would they ever give you your money back? NO. So if you sold your ticket, and believing what they say that buyers were refused entry, why should this be any of our problem? On the seller side, we did everything we were supposed to do. If the guy decided to stick the ticket up his ###, that does not mean i should not be receiving my money because he did not enter the match. This is just plain stupid!

Has anyone actually spoken to them today and what kid of excuse did they come up with?

I have already filed the report at Action Fraud, got my reference number and with that i will be going to the police this afternoon after work.

Either they start paying/refunding today or they just take our money and leg it. Do not accept any of their bull about the 10 days waiting time. It explicitly states on their T&C it is 2-5 days. Their head office is in Spain so no bank holiday for them on Monday. Do not believe what they tell you. I cannot believe that it takes them that long to do the verification. They are just trying to fool us and buy time. Do not accept it!

Do something about it people, we have all been scammed! Let's track these w@nkers down and make as much publicity about it as possible. Do whatever you can in your power to make their life difficult as they have made ours miserable.

I just want to hear from one person in here that he has actually received his money. Is there ANYONE?

From SafeConcerts - posted 16th of may 2011 by Markland:

http://www.safeconcerts.com/forum/threads.asp?pgt=20&forum_urn=124&t_urn=11181

As BLC have stated no tickets will be forthcoming there is no reason to wait until the concert date

By telling you to claim a chargeback, if you get your money back, you are no longer a victim, but you are likely to be a witness to a crime

The financial institution that refunds you is then the victim

If you get nothing back you are a victim and deserve justice

We issued warnings about BLC almost as soon as it went up because those behind the site were linked to previous ticket sites that delivered little or nothing

In fact the main architect of this episode is the son of the man who invented the "my ticket supplier let me down" defence several years ago

As for Clare Brigg, the registered owner of the site, I suspect that justice might be coming her way some time in the very near future

Lets hope Police get her before she disappears to her fathers place in the middle east

My money is on Globalticketmarket.com being the next BLC

Watch this space

GTM - T&C - The one we signed up to!

4.10 Payment to the Seller will be made 2-5 days after the event, provided that GTM is satisfied that the tickets are valid and received by the Buyer.

* Today is 6 days after the event - Under there T&C they are in breach! There e-mail might have said 10 days when we sold out tickets, but that was NOT what we signed up to 2-5 days is on there T&C.

* The tickets were "received by the buyer" as we used a tracking number and confirmed delivery. Most of us would have also called GTM who would have confirmed it was delivered. Also, were they goods not delivered GTM would have contacted us prior to the event stating that! How many ppl were contacted stating there tickets were not received?

* "satisfied that the tickets are valid" - The match took place on Sat 28th - If any of our tickets were invalid, the buyer would have contacted GTM immediately, either by phone or e-mail...they would have been closed sat, sunday but open on Monday, as they are based in spain. I would not believe any buyer that could not enter would have waited for 5-6 days before contacting GTM! So by Monday / Tuesday GTM would be calling us up, stating what happened, or e-mailing us. Did that happen? No No No! We had to call GTM Tues / Weds asking for our monies and we got excuses...poor ones too, like send an e-mail to confirm what tickets you sent...why would you need that? Seller - Tickets - Buyer - They know which tickets were sent to which buyers! Do they need us to verify that? Also if said seller did not give GTM a valid ticket, that is between GTM and that buyer, what has that got to do with the rest of us?

Bearing that they still insist some buyers did not enter - No problem, they have the sellers details, they would have each buyers details. The buyers make official complaints to the police / credit card company and GTM. All these details should be brought forward if they truly exist. I mean if a buyer bought from a big company like GTM, paid by credit card, providing details and an address...why would they not complain and give sworn oaths to the police that this happened?

* WOULD GTM HAVE US BELIEVE THAT A BIG COMPANY LIKE THEM WHO TOPPED GOOGLE, BOUGHT AND SOLD TICKETS WHERE EVERY TICKET SOLD WAS INVALID! HA HA HA. IF THAT IS THE CASE PROVE IT?

@ Wibbly - I also had that problem initially but I called again, this time more direct and stated what was going on, i made the following points:

1. Made sure I got the persons full name
2. Told them I had already made a formal complaint and have a crime reference number
3. Said so basically all lloyds cares about is there own personal customers & as this is a current a/c nobody wants to do anything etc
4. Stated very clearly, for the record, today is the 3rd of June at 10:00, I have spoken to miss x x and stated that a potentially fraud may be taking place, giving you full details of the a/c... llyods tsb has been notified and going forward should this case go to court, i will personally see to it that lloyds needs to answer for why they did nothing after a member of the public notified them? Also that lloyds would / should be fined for neglect should they do nothing after being properly notified.
5. Stated that i would just like the a/c being monitored and should any irregular activities take place then under there banking charter the a/c should be frozen pending further investigation.
6. I also ended up saying, i may not bank with you, but lloyds tsb was bailed out from the taxpayers hard earned money, so are we all not your customers?

Let me say after that i had much more luck and more details were taken and she got more helpful...and i'm not even a lloyds customer...follow these steps!

I rang Lloyds and quoted account number sort code details but due to protection act couldnt give me any information. She says we need to speak to our own banks if we have sent them money and if we are owed money she advised me to contact Citizens Advice Bureau. So all very frustrating to say the least.

Guys... Sorry been out of the picture for a while... Had to work late and been busy... Thanks for all the calls and texts, it shows great unity! I will be 1) filling out the action fraud form, 2) ringing Manchester police station, 3) ringing lloyds TSB, 4) trading standards tomorrow... If we all follow these four steps then surely we must alert somebody somewhere and stop these ### getting away with it. as people have mentioned, it sounds like they are having a right ball on occasions when you ring them... Probably having a massive house gathering with champagne at our expense!
