High school eval
I submitted my evaluation to your institution on March 4 and did not receive any response. When I followed up, I was informed that a document was missing. I submitted the missing document on March 24. After waiting 20 business days, I reached out again and was told the processing time was actually 15 business days. Later, I was informed it would take 20–25 business days.
It has now been 30 business days since I submitted the missing document, and I still have not received any update. When I contacted your office by email, I was told the evaluator would be informed that my case is urgent. However, I fail to understand what "urgent" means when I’ve already been waiting over two months.
At this point, the lack of communication and delays are deeply concerning and beginning to feel suspicious. I would appreciate a prompt and clear update on the status of my evaluation. This for my education.

5 days Rush Service Evaluation
I needed the evaluation for employment. On the 08/25 I paid for a 5 day rush service: 215$ in total. On the same day 08/25 they requested a translation for my degree, I sent it on Friday 08/26 at 10am and I sent an email asking for confirmation that they had received the documentation. On Monday 08/29 I sent another email with the same request to their two email addresses, and I called the company and they told me that the status should be updated that same day. On Tuesday, I called again and unfortunately I had to pay for another company that did it perfectly in 24h. When I told them that they said “It was my choice” (not really if i paid for a rush service…) but that I was right and the status should’ve been updated right away. A few hours later the status was updated to documents received (they never replied to my emails). Today thursday 09/01 I am still waiting for the report.

troubling in service
I have asked for evaluation report for 3 business days rush service and paid amount on 8th November 2018. I want to submit the report to employer by 14th November 2018. However, on company site I am still finding payment not received though my credit card says payment is done. No acknowledgement receipt no reply from the company.
At least let me know whether evaluation will be done or not

I have ordered a rush 5 days service for my brother, I paid with my credit card right under the application submission. however, after 4 days, the account still shows not paid, despite my credit card already showed a charge days ago. No one have ever trying to contact me which severely waste my time and add frustrations.
I have been calling their service for two weeks, the women who picked up the phone was actually trying to be helpful. but whenever there is a guy who picked up the phone (two times) all he said is he need someone else to answer my question and will call me back. but he never called back.
this kind of working attitude is extremely irresponsible. and it result our application into delay and frustrations.
I am an administrator is higher education institution, we require our students to do evaluation all the time. however, I will never suggest this service to any of our applicants anymore.

I order comprehensive evaluation for gradate admission, I paid $ 200 for 1 day service but no sign of evaluation. Its been 2 business days. They say they evaluator working on m case will get in touch with me but no one has. I already called them thrice but no one gets back to me to resolve my issue.

GCE is a virus that should be avoided by all.
My transcript from Africa was sent to them, but to my surprise, I was later told that they can't process my transcript because my university sent a certificate that belongs to another school from my school..i.e, just like alledging university of Texas for sending a transcript belonging to University of Maryland from university of Texas with the stamp and signature of university o Texas on it.
My transcript has been evaluated earlier by another body before my intending college sent it to GCE.
GCE has made me cry and made my dreams to be shattered due to their mismanagement.
I personally regret using them .

Not only is the service pretty unprofessional, their attitude is rude and they like to humiliate people.
I used their service and when I received their report, guess what happened...
The report is so lousy and the work looks like no more than 1 hour was spent on it ...
Several course I took are 3 credits courses but GCE just randomly assigned those courses 0 credits. I called them and they explained that's because those courses are for "personal enlightenment" and "should not count towards courses. I asked them to show my their company policy or any valid explanation and they said I am wasting their time.
Even worse... I have taken courses that weigh 3.5 and 0.5 credits. GCE assigned the 0.5 credit courses 1 credit and they explained that "they rounded it up" and did so "for my benefits". But for the 3.5 credits courses, GCE rounded it down and assigned 3 credits and explained "that's also for my benefits."
Should evaluation be based on facts?
And I asked them for the explanation and they said I am wasting their time.
This institution should not be recommended to anyone.
Can you imagine that GCE sent me a mail that they can't process my transcript because my former school sent another person's certificate from a different University along with my own transcript .
I later asked them that " can a university award a single certificate under TWO different university's names ?.; i.e,
Can university of Texas issued and sent a certificate under another university's name ?.
After that, they keep telling a manner of lies.
I can never recommend this incompetent body to anyone. Using them to evaluate a transcript is like a father impregnating his own biological daughter

I found Global Credential Evaluators Online and contacted them with questions about evaluations from Universities n Ghana. They sad they had evaluated tons of transcripts from there. I paid 160 dollars and sent my transcript. GPA was drastically reduced, courses were unknown to them even though they are business subjects.
Terrible terrible company.
I called to check on why my Bachelor's degree had been reduced to nothing ... their response: " Because you didn't add your advanced level results from high school".
I was shocked because I had asked what material they needed me to supply before evaluation and they had told me college transcripts. Sadly by the time I had my high school transcript arrive it was too late according to Global Credential Evaluators .

They tookk my non - refundable fee and after 30 days of no response they told me they were missing documents and that they had e - mail me asking for them, i never received any e - mails and the paper work was complete. They couldn't show any e - mails sent to me. I needed the evaluation to get my teaching license and now i am running out of time and opportunities due to their neglicence.

Dear all,
I hate to tell you that I did not do a proper research before sending the university transcripts to GCE - A HUGE MISTAKE on my part! In fact, I did not see any reviews of this company, and went on the assumption that they were the NACES members, and thus, trustworthy. To make my story short: I am applying for a PhD program in the US (I live and work in the US). I have 2 Bachelor's degrees and a Master Degree from a well known very old and very competitive West European University - spent 8 years in school total (my bachelor's were done practically concurrently). Guess what - not only did they make numerous typos - even in the University name as well as in the subject names (and I had a beautifully done certified translation - all nice and clear for anyone to read ), but they also seriously under-evaluated my education degree, specifically level and workload. Took them 4 weeks for this even though I paid for the rush services, but I ate it. Credits went from 3 to 1 for many courses including the advanced/honor level ones, and non-credit for some other courses, grades went from 3.95 to 3.1, and to add to the insult, their evaluation did not even look professional - it was on a cheap thin paper that came from a cheap ink jet printer with faded colors and no mentioning of how the education system works in my country. I figured they never even bothered to the check the university website to see the requirements and offerings, subjects and titles. A bunch of lazy, and dishonest people! The person kept me on hold for 15 minutes, then somehow conveniently disconnected, I tried probably 10 more times at different time of the day to catch them live on the phone, finally on the second day got connected to the same person, he put me on hold again - right away - I did not even had a chance to say anything..finally after 12 minutes, he came back and without even asking what my issues was, just told me to send them an email and gave the email address from the website, well.. I sent numerous emails - NEVER EVER got a single reply back. Such a waste of money and time, hard to believe that they still exist in this economy. I blame myself for not coming to the board to check on them, I would have never sent them my money or my paperwork. BAD BAD BAD COMPANY - STAY AWAY - BE AWARE - RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN - DO NOT PAY THEM A $ - NOT WORTH A SINGLE$ OR ANY OF YOUR TIME!

Am highly regretting that my intending college sent my transcript to GCE . Firstly, they lied that my university in Africa sent another student's certificate along with my own transcript. Secondly, they later sent me a wrong email again that has nothing to do with me ; only for them to apologized after I threatened them with a law suit.
Thirdly, they asked me to send another transcript because my college attached another person's own along with mine. After, sending it after over 37 days, they LIED AGAIN that my university in Africa didn't respond to the confirmation mail sent them; only to tell me later to pay $300 for A DAY EXPRESS SERVICE ( A DAY TO THE SCHOOL'S RESUMPTION DATE ).
Now, all money spent ( almost $1200 ) on the admission processes is gone ranging from drug test, blood test, child abuse check, criminal records check to CPR classes.
I wish someone can take my case up legally. WHAT A SHAME

I have called 5 times to the customer service. 2 people took my email address and my phone number saying that somebody will contact me. Nobody never have. I evaluated my degree with different companies. But wanted to try this one as they were the members of NACES. People, please be aware of this fraudulent company. This is a rip off. They take your money, but don't do their job.

Stay away from this disfunctional family run business! They do wrong evaluations and do not reply to emails. When accosted with the truth, they make false statements and later apologize, but stand by their wrong evaluations. The family is made up of Michael Ringer, Jean ringer, Rhonda Ringer and a host of Ringer grand kids. BE WARNED!

What a joke of an agency! Wasted 4 weeks of my time, missed the deadline to online college only to get a transcript that COMPLETELY disregarded my 3 year degree and stated it was a part of HS course ( WHAT?), therefore useless for any college. Michael is clueless and rude. Emails go unanswered. No one wants to talk over the phone as it is AGAINST their policy (again, WHAT?)

I used their service and the evaluation was absolutely wrong.
They counted 190 units credits and evaluated my education only as a Bachelor's of Art. But for BA there is only 120 units demanded in USA.
When I asked why, the answer from Ronda Ringer was that they have instructions do not give Master Degree to anyone with Russian Specialist Degree despite of credits and years of study.
Isn't it ridiculous? What instructions and from whom? Plus, they holded my evaluation for almost 2 months instead of promised 15 business days, because they lost my documents and didn't realized that till 15 business days has passed.

I have requested a copies of my transcripts they previously evaluated. I email them, four times never got a respond. I Call them four times they could not help me. I fax my request form. They said they did not received a fax. my deadline for school is coming soon and I need those transcripts send to my school. This was the 2nd time they had screwed up on my application. The 1st one, I paid $200 rush service and it took 7 working days before I received it. So what is this $200 for? Now that I've learned that the RUSH service is like nothing, I just ordered regular service last month. It took them 30 days to inform me that my evaluation is finally for mailing. They sent me an email that I will be receiving the tracking # within 24 hours. After 4 days of waiting and haven't received anything, I called the customer service, they gave me 2 tracking #s. i checked the tracking # and to my shock they were delivered to addresses which I haven't known all my life! May I also ad ICD International Consultants of Delaware? Global Credentials evaluation services. I paid them to have my credentials verified exactly like I did 18 years ago with the sister company CGFNS. These people took my $175.00 on Feb 6, 2015 and it is April 7, 2015. They never bothered with me again. I have called twice recently and been treated rudely. The office hours are only 12-3pm. The emails do not get returned. My degree was from Ontario Canada and rather similar to the programs here. I am disgusted with the fact they have my personal information AND money! Bigger scam when you do not get the product you are forced to pay for.
I just evaluated my undergrad transcript at GCE using course by course evaluation ($145) + rush service 24 hrs ($200) + 2 copies. I paid like almost $400 but they incorrectly identify my language of instruction to be my native language which actually i studied all in English. Moreover, they reduce all of my grades like from A+ to A, B+ to B, and C+ to C. I'm very mad with this Global Credential Evaluators (GCE). DON'T USE THIS SERVICE...I warned u...they r suck and don't even take responsible with anything. I'm going to report NACES too. I feel like I pasid for nothing. I hope they will be reject from all accredited memberships soon. GCE is SUCK!
I am so furious with this company. I paid for evaluation, they sent me email claiming they had sent it, but 2 months later NOTHING was sent to the Licensure Board. This is a BS company and I am now working to get them removed from the list of approved companies for Massachusets Licensure.
I found out new information from GCE. 1 day rush service with fax means it is the time taken for evaluation. So if you submitted your documents online, clock does not start. Clock start when the evaluation starts. Suppose you submitted today and evaluator picks up document after a week, clock will start from that day. He will take one day to evaluate and he will fax the documents next day. What a scam. they are charging $200 for this.
