I was worried it wouldn't come, but it did. The sheet music was good quality and the website was easy to use. I didn't have any problems with the order process. I would recommend Sheet Music Online to anyone looking for sheet music.

This company ain't responding to my emails and I can never get through to them on the phone, it's always busy. I'm starting to think Sheet Music Online ain't even around no more. They should just take down their website if that's the case. I'm done with them, gonna find somewhere else to get my sheet music.

I buyed some sheet music from jansenpianobenches.com and it was a pretty good experience. The website was easy to use and I found what I was looking for pretty quick. The prices were reasonable too. The only thing that was a little annoying was that it took a while for my order to arrive. But it wasn't too bad, just a couple weeks. Overall, I would recommend this website if you're looking for sheet music.

I got my piano bench from Sheet Music Online and it's great! I had some trouble ordering 'cause the factory was closed, but Brandon helped me out over email. I sent him a pic of my piano and he picked the right finish and legs for the bench. I called their business number and someone else answered and helped me too. The bench came on time and it's strong and well made. I'd buy from them again for sure.

I orderd a piano cover on March 27 from Sheet Music Online. I've been tryin to get in touch with them through email and phone but they ain't answerin. I still ain't got my piano cover yet.

Me and my wife ordered a piano cover from Sheet Music Online on 3/24 for a Kawai grand piano and they said the material was late. It's been 4 months now and we still ain't got our cover and Brandon ain't replied to our email asking about our order. They took all the money for the cover, $187.00, right away. The invoice number is *** if you need it. We want our money back or a date when the cover will be done and sent.

I bought a piano cover from AmericanPianoCovers.com for more than $300. I got a receipt, but no shipping info. It's been three weeks and still no cover. The phone number on the website, ***, is for Sheet Music Online and it's always busy. I tried emailing *** but haven't heard back yet.

I bought a piano cover for my Baldwin BP152 on October 27. They said the Brown Heavy Duty Mackintosh material was out of stock and would take four months to backorder. I kept checking on it, and Brandon would reply within 24 hours. On June 1, I asked to cancel the order, but I didn't get a reply. I emailed him again on June 3 and 4 to cancel the order, but still no reply. I called many times, but it's always busy. I just want my money back and the order canceled.

I tried calling them many times on 04/26 using their number [protected]) but the phone was always busy. So, I sent them an email through their website, but they haven't responded yet, even though their website said they would respond within 12-24 hours. I tried calling them again today, but the phone was still busy. I just want my money back. Please help me.

I buyed a Showroom Dollie J-4025 and a Jansen Jack-in-the-box Piano Raiser on April 28th and I never got the stuff. I emailed them on May 28th for a refund and I didn't get any confirmation, so I called them on 6/1. Someone picked up and said they would give me my money back because they didn't ship anything. They sent me an email on 6/1 saying that I would get my refund on my CC. It's 6/7 and I still don't have my refund. I emailed them today (6/7) to ask why I haven't got my refund and Brandon said to check with my bank. It's not rocket science to give a refund. Even a small vendor using a CC payment device on their cell phone can refund a transaction in a matter of seconds. I just want my $525.05 refund right now.

I bought a J piano bench from Sheet Music Online's website (j***pianobenches.com) on 9/7. It came on 9/17, but the legs ain't all the same length, so the bench wobbles a lot. Their website says they give a full refund (https://j***pianobenches.com/pages/customersupport), but I can't get in touch with them: - I emailed them on 09/17 asking for a refund, but they ain't replied. - I sent another email on 09/21, but still no reply. - I used their online contact form on 09/21, but still no reply. - I called them twice, once on 9/21 and once on 09/22, but they didn't pick up.

I bought some Upright Piano dollies from Jansen Piano Benches on March 2nd. They sent me an email with the order number ***, which was cool. But, I've been trying to call them at *** since March 8th, and it's been a real struggle. First, the phone rang twice and beeped like it would to leave a voicemail. Now, you get a prerecorded message. I left a message, but they never called me back. I also filled out their customer contact form on their website last Friday (March 12th) and emailed someone at *** on Monday (March 15th). But, I haven't heard anything back from them at all. I had to order dollies from another vendor because they were needed ASAP at one of our schools. So, I'm looking for a full refund now.

I ordered a piano cover for my Yamaha C3 from Sheet Music Online's sister company, American Piano Covers, on 4/28. The website said it would ship within 10 days. But on 5/14, I hadn't heard anything, so I asked about it. Brandon replied on May 15 that "Current cover production time is approximately 4 weeks. Unfortunately, things are a bit behind after a Covid shutdown, but everyone is staying late and working hard to get the covers out as quickly as possible." On 6/10, I asked for an update. Brandon replied on 6/18 that he was out of town because of a family emergency but would contact the maker to get an update. Later on 6/18, Brandon replied "Hi Michael, I heard back from manufacturing. They said the cover should ship early-to middle of next week. Kind regards, Brandon -AmericanPianoCovers.com" But I still haven't received the cover, even after several follow-up emails. On 8/5, I asked for the cover by 8/13 or a full refund. But I haven't gotten a reply or a refund yet.

I bought a piano cover from Sheet Music Online on Nov. 10 for $*** with my credit card. I got an email from "brandon" on Jan. 04 saying that the cover was at the embroiderers and would be delivered in 2 weeks. They said that the delay was because of covid. On Feb. 12, I called the phone number on the website [protected]) at least 10 times but no one answered. So, I sent an email asking for an update. I didn't get a response. On Mar. 8, I asked for an update again and said that I would contact ComplaintsBoard.com if I didn't get a response. On Mar. 9, they replied with an option to cancel embroidery. I said that if they couldn't complete the embroidery in two weeks, they should just send the cover without embroidery. On Mar. 9, I got a UPS tracking number. On Mar. 30, I emailed Brandon asking for an update because the UPS tracking hadn't changed. I didn't get a response. On April 8, I checked the tracking again and it still said "label created." I sent an email asking for a cancellation and a refund. Brandon was always respectful and polite, but the long periods of no response, unresponsiveness to the phone, and delays made me lose confidence that I would ever get my order. I really need this cover for my *** piano because it's at risk of damage without it. I've given them plenty of chances to fulfill my order. They say they're a member of the ComplaintsBoard.com on their website. I have an email string with the invoice if you want to see it.
