American Serving Americans Payment not received

I invested in Project Trend Up with the promise of lucrative return

David Ashby offered Bitcoin to be purchased at a reduced price. No proof of purchase was ever provided and coins or cash were never provided. I have evidence of transfers of money and email communication.

Ashby had us all work for hours weekly to elevate social media presence

Desired outcome: Restitution of $13K (he offered 6 times the return)

American Serving Americans investment scam

I was hired on with Americans Serving American recent to work in their main office and be a part of their marketing team. My boss was David Ashby the founder of the company, he's also the one who pitches the investors and does the sale training.
It seemed really exciting at first until I started getting calls and messages on social media from very upset members who weren't getting paid and from investors who had lost their life savings and couldn't get David to call them back.

That's when I started to realize this could be a major scam. David has been taking money from investors and pooling it together to buy securities he's creating with ASA projects. (That's what the private investigator told me)

Now! I found out America's Serving American's is under investigation by the State of Georgia's Security Commission for fraud and the case was just moved to federal court. This isn't good!

I know, for myself, I didn't even get paid for a while then he offered me gift cards and told me not to tell anyone.

The mistake heartbreaking part of this is the entrepreneurs who are being scammed. They are being told they'll be getting large funding amounts from ASA then only get a small portion.

ASA (David Ashby) even does a big check presentation and shows up at their home with a check but tells them they don't really get the whole amount and they can't say anything.

For example, one lady was promised $200k. David showed up at her home with a large check for $200k but really only gave her a small percentage of it via wire the next day, but told her she couldn't say anything.

And, he still made her sign over a large part of the company!

To make matters worse, where's the $200k? The members at ASA worked hard to raise or donate those fund, where do they go?

Here's what the private investigator told me to do, and you should too if you were scammed.

1) If you are an investor: you should immediately contact the State of Georgia Securities Division and file a complaint. https://sos.ga.gov/index.php/securities/investor_and_donor_alerts

2) You should file a federal complaint as well.

https://www.sec.gov/reportspubs/investor-publications/complaintshtml.html

3) File a lawsuit ASAP. You want to file fast so you're at the top of the list and maybe Mr. Ashby will do the right thing and fix it. If not, then you have the courts on your side.

In most states, if it's under $10, 000 you can file in small claims court. If not, you'll file in federal.

If you're a member who hasn't be paid or an employee then

1) File a lawsuit ASAP. You want to file fast so you're at the top of the list and maybe Mr. Ashby will do the right thing and fix it. If not, then you have the courts on your side.

In most states, if it's under $10, 000 you can file in small claims court. If not, you'll file in federal.

2) File will the BBB.org

3) You should also file on Ripoffreport.com to warn others.

You can also reach the private investigator at CriminalInvestigationsINC@outlook.com
