Work was alright but they charged $171 an hour! Only needed 3 inches of copper pipe, so no cost for supplies. They said they start charging from the moment they get the call. So if they're in Shreveport and driving to Benton, they'll charge you their plumbing rate while they drive. I'm gonna find a different plumber. As a pro in my field, $171 an hour is way too much.

Giglio plumbing came back to my house on 8-17-22 to fix a drain they already worked on 27 days ago. But, when they finished, the plumber told us he made a hole in our pipe by accident. He didn't want to fix it and said he needed his boss's approval first. I talked to the supervisor on 8-19-22, and he said they wouldn't repair the broken pipe because it was a "return job" they did as a favor. I tried to contact them many times, but they didn't answer.
