All Time Paving

I got a restaurant in *** and Mark from All Time Paving LLC came by in December to fix some potholes. He gave me a 2 year warranty. But by spring 2019, the potholes were back and the patches were all gone. I tried calling them 6 times but no answer. Mark came once to check the damage and said he'd come back to fix it. But he never showed up. So, I sent him a letter on March 6 asking him to fix it when the asphalt plants opened. But I haven't heard anything yet. Finally, I got another paving company to fix the holes and I'm happy now. I wouldn't recommend All Time Paving to anyone I know.

I had All Time Paving come out to fix my driveway on April 12, 2022. I gave him $2500 upfront and was supposed to pay $4000 when the job was done. He told me it would take 4 to 5 weeks to finish. I waited until the 6th week and called him to see when he was coming back. He said he would be there the next day, but he didn't show up. When I called him, he said he didn't have enough help. He promised to come the next day, but he didn't show up again. I called him at noon and he said he was on his way. He didn't show up again, and when I called him, he said he had an accident. I called him on June 8th, and he said he would come on Monday, but he didn't show up. He didn't even follow up with me. Today, June 20th, I demanded my money back.
