My daughter bought me a gift card about 2 1/2 years ago. I put it aside and just found it. I tried to register it and was told it could not be found. I called support and was told to go back to where I bought it. And do what? I asked. I explained that it was a gift. He transferred me to someone else who asked me to look for a 19 digit number on the back. There was not one. Then he took the card number but said the expiration date did not match. Finally, he told me it was activated when it was bought. I asked then why does it say call here to activate. He said that was to register. I said, no, that's not what it says. He then tells me with the dormancy fee of $4.95, which I've never heard of, that there is no balance left. So, my daughter wasted $100 and I never even activated the card!
