Giftly review: Giftly ripped me off

I bought a gift card to crumble cookies for $30 on jan 12, I paid $12 shipping and they charged me $6 processing fees so I ended up spending $48. The card never came, when I couldn;t reached them I ended up having the gift e mailed to my grandson for his birthday, I called giftly and told them I wanted refund of $18 as they did not ship or process the original card. After speaking with nastassia today I told her I wanted my refund of $18 and to please not refund the original $30, she did it anyway and sent me a e mail that I would get $36 back. Well what happened to my $12 shipping charge? She stole it, this is a horrible company, customer service sucks and I hope people stop using them as they are a rip off.
