Gibson Truck World I think Gibson Truck World is an exceptional dealership!

I own a construction company and we provide trucks for our foremen. For the last 19 years I have purchased those trucks from another Ford Dealer in Orlando. Good prices and no hassle. I stopped by your facility at the recommendation of a friend, and the first thing I noticed was that all of the inventory and I mean ALL, were trucks that looked like new. I never seen a used vehicle dealership whose total inventory was of such high quality. Second, the salesman, Adam, was very familiar with the inventory and easily answered all my questions. I hate to say this but there is a public expectation that car salesmen will lie to you. Adam's friendly demeanor gave me the impression he was an advocate and not the enemy. I felt he was helping me to solve my needs and not just sell me a truck. Third, I fully expected the other shoe to drop when I went to meet with the finance person. That was Jose and the other shoe never dropped. What I mean by that is that usually when buying a car if the salesman hasn't gotten you with the price or the value of your trade-in the responsibility then falls on the finance guy. Jose was polite, friendly and provided a reasonable interest rate. I think Gibson Truck World is an exceptional dealership! The word exceptional popped in my head while I was walking around the dealership. I don't use that description easily. It means: Unusual; not typical. Unusually good; outstanding. An excellent description of my experience at Gibson Truck World. I hope the owner sees this because it is a confirmation that he is doing business the right way, congratulations! I will be back.

Gibson Truck World Warranty

My name is Ted Stevenson and on February 5th i had the displeasure of visiting Gibson Truck World in sanford after hearing a bunch of their radio commercials about how they offer a free bumper to bumper warranty on their used trucks, their salesman who was extremely pushy and not very informative took me on a tour of their service department while explaining the ends and outs of their warranty he failed to mention that it was actually a 50/50 warranty that i would have to pay half of any and all repairs that needed to be made, on top of that the truck that i had orginally called on and told was still available had been sold just one short hour after i had talked to the sales guy, i guess my point being is that they misrepresent their warranty and are even willing to lie about the availability of a truck just to get someone into their store. please do alot of research before you purchase any used vehicle, their is alot of shady things that go on...

After speaking with our staff, checking our customer log book and verifying our computer database, we have no record of a customer named Ted Stevenson coming to our dealership on or around Feb. 5th. Since we sell over 150 trucks per month, it is entirely possible to call about a truck and that truck will sell in a one hour time span - which is why it’s always a good idea to leave a deposit on the truck you are interested in before you arrive! Gibson Truck World Is the Largest Used Truck Dealership in the World and although we are located in Sanford FL, our customers come from all over the world to buy Gibson Certified Trucks! We sell 500% more trucks and SUVs than our closest competitors. Actually, over 40% of our sales come from out of state and out of the country and the majority of these customers are so confident in Gibson Truck World that they wire us payment without ever setting foot in the dealership or personally seeing the truck until we ship it to them! Our employees are honest and tell the truth about the availability of our inventory, but availability changes constantly and we get around 50 new trucks in every week with almost 300 trucks available. Also, Ted you can see right on the homepage of our website that we 100% agree with you about doing your research before you purchase any used vehicle! No other used truck dealer offers a One Year Bumper to Bumper Warranty, One Year Free Maintenance and a 15 day return policy like Gibson Truck World does. We encourage you to do your homework and check your dealer's credentials before you buy! Take the time to learn all your options and compare other dealer's trucks against our Gibson certified trucks, we are confident you will make the right truck buying decision and proudly drive off our lot in your very own Gibson Truck World truck! Unfortunately we feel this is another fake review written by our so-called competition (you can see other Gibson reviews written by ex-employees of another dealership admitting that they wrote fake reviews online) in a failed attempt to tarnish our reputation.
