First of all the order of both of the orders that I made for my son, I found it I followed the directions. I used most perfect picture, which is their school picture from school not only was it delivered to another house, but thank God, our neighbor send it over to our house that’s the first mistake. The second mistake was, my kids started to have a meltdown crying because the way the picture of their face was on their favorite superheroes broke their hearts and their kids and you know I understand you know maybe if the product was a little bit more expensive it would be well worth it, but I think it was cheaply made I mean $39 for one 29 for another I said oh well that that kind of seems too good to be true because when I buy something you pay for what you get for and I did not expect this all I’m asking for in good faith is that my money get reimbursed through my Apple Pay because The toys or the stuffed animals are at my ex-husband‘s house I told him if you could send it back and he says I can’t and I said why well because my kids had a conniption fit and they ripped the legs like you know the stuffed animals how they have like the leg they they they ripped it up and they threw it away and said this is a bunch of garbage that came from China and I didn’t like their I didn’t like what they said about it but I can understand why they were upset but it was there was no use for name-calling so please can someone call me back in my name is Sandy my phone number is area code [protected] and my email is [protected]@aol.com

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Get Photo Blanket. I ordered a pillow almost 5 weeks ago and still haven't received it. And to make matters worse, the customer service is terrible. I've reached out to them 5 times and each time they just tell me to wait longer. It's like they don't even care that I haven't received my order yet.

What really grinds my gears is that the product is made in and shipped from China, but they don't mention that on the website. If I had known that, I probably wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place. And to top it off, they lied to me about the pillow being held up in customs in Canada. Turns out it was still in China the whole time.

I asked for a refund twice and they just keep deflecting my request and telling me to wait longer. It's ridiculous. The order said expedited shipping would take 9 to 15 days, but it's been almost 5 weeks now. I don't have time to wait around for them to get their act together.

The customer service is also super slow to respond. It takes at least 2 days to hear back from them, which is just unacceptable. Since they won't give me a refund, I've had to contact MasterCard to start a chargeback. It's just a huge hassle and I wouldn't recommend ordering from Get Photo Blanket to anyone.

This company, Get Photo Blanket, is not to be trusted. I made an order for a blanket on May 8th, 2020 and it is now May 14th, 2020 and the tracking information still says it's in transit in Inglewood, California. I received an email from someone named Sara, with no last name, telling me to give it a few days to update. However, I have no way of contacting them as they have no phone number or address listed on their website.

I decided to call my credit card company to see if they could help me out. The phone number listed on my records was a cell phone number and the person who answered told me that he wasn't a business and that he was located in California. I am now disputing the charges on my card, which were almost $70.

I am also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I noticed on their Instagram page that they have an email listed under their name, which is a ***@soulfree.com. This is a clear indication that this company is a scam.

What's even worse is that I had sent them personal photos of my deceased grandmother because I wanted to give the blanket as a gift to my mother. Now, I am not only out of money, but I am also worried about what they will do with those photos.

In conclusion, do not order from Get Photo Blanket. They are a scam and will take your money without delivering the product. It's important to do your research before making any purchases online to avoid situations like this.

I added some photos of the pillows, but you can't see the "Dad" across the chest in them.
