Paid £378.99 for a course THEY cancelled. No full refund offered despite THEIR policy (clause 3.1.3). Will be reporting to @citizensadvice + @WhichUK. Totally unprofessional.

Screenshot shows they agreed to a refund. Their own policy here: https://getlicensed.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/14000010733-refund-cancellations States they will provide a refund.

Pointless having policies if you're not going to hold to them!

Recommendation: Dont bother if they cancel the course, and provide no date, they will convince you to rebook. Scammers
