Extremely poor quality content. Absurd to be considered legitimate certification
I found them looking for a quick way to renew my first aid qualifications.
Super cheap, and pay after the test! so why not.
It lets you skip straight to the test, which is a 10 question multiple choice.
Most questions only have two choices.
you only need 7/10 to pass.
You can retry as much as you want.
If you fail, it tells you the correct answers.
Basically, there is zero requirement for you to learn or know anything, or demonstrate knowledge in any way, to get certified.
you've got a decent chance to pass the quiz fully randomly guessing answers, and if you somehow get it wrong, it TELLS YOU THE CORRECT ANSWERS, so the test takes a maximum of 5 minutes to complete, even having zero first aid knowledge.
one of the questions is
"When treating Bites & Stings you should use:
A) An AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
B) An auto-injection."
I'm sorry, WHAT? how about NEITHER? oh you were bitten by an ant? let's just give you an epipen. That just feels like a dangerously worded question that has removed as much context as possible to make the quiz as easy to guess through as possible.
two of the 10-question quiz (20%!) are:~ "your patient is critically ill (heart attack/3rd degree burns). should you call an ambulance? Yes/no."
I truly hope this is a scam provider and their certifications are NOT accepted world wide, as they claim.
I can't imagine a lower possible standard. There is no integrity in actually ensuring the students learn or have any of the required knowledge to provide first aid in any context. If I was an employer, I would see a certificate from this site as less than worthless, since it also clearly demonstrates my employee is trying to cheat their way past having the LIFE SAVING KNOWLEDGE required for the job.
Recommendation: If you want to actually learn and have legitimate first aid training, avoid! If you're just trying to cheat your employer and put lives at risk on the cheap, then use photoshop for free. No reason to use this provider.
Thank you so much my job recommend me to take this class online and also told me the class to choose and the price so a lot of jobs accepted in
Thank you so much my job recommend me to take this class online and also told me the class to choose and the price so a lot of jobs accepted in a lot of job doesn't you have to make sure you read the criterias of your job see if it accepts certain CPR certifications online and they will tell you if they do it then it won't become a waste of your money me myself personally I like it you have to take a test to be graded so they don't just give you license
The classes were very informative, while being easy to understand. I also liked that I was allowed to take as much time, for every topic, as I needed because I like to take notes. From start to finish it was easy to complete even for we who are computer illiterate.
Excellent service I found it useful and excellent I will recommend it to any body
I never received my wallet cards its been a month still waiting
? I needed this updated cert at the last minute for my job (to stay on the work schedule - I HAD TO OBTAIN IT WITHIN 4 hrs or loose my contract. Asked my fellow co-workers at lunch time, had it before the end of my shift . Absolutely LOVE THIS OPPORTUNITY and speedy results- STAT ? P.S Passed test (the first attempt) with 100% correct w/o studying
Your program is great!
Your program is great! I love the information you provide where we can study before taking the exam. The only thing is that I put in that I was renewing my CPR but it didn't renew me it took it as if I just took the exam; however, it's okay as long as when I renew again it don't do the same thing. I renew every 2 years so not sure what happened. I would recommend you to anyone that has to take CPR. The program you offer is the best I have seen. Thank you
Great review for renewal. Simple easy and complete! Thank you
I love my CPR and AED and first aid and bloodborne pathogens wallet card and certificate
Very educational and quick.lessons easy to understand.i do not hesitate to recommend this company.
Very insightful and knowledgeable and i enjoyed the course. The videos should come with audio though and would have also preferred a part of the course where one will have a one on one training with a professional, especially for people taking the course for the first time

The on line CPR review and exam on line was a good way of doing it on line when you have taken CPR classes live many times and provides a basic understanding of what you need to do in case of a situation where you are the only person available to do CPR. It has come handy for me with family members where I actually performed CPR. It can be a real life saver when you act quickly even without an AED at home. It saved my aunt's life who is now 90, 2 years after the incident at home.
Do not buy if you are a Healthcare worker. These are NOT AHA approved and won't br accepted
Courses are really easy to read and understand and the test is short and uncomplicated.
Very easy and to the point! If there had been any changes in physical procedure or application I could see needing a skill check off. But, since there hasn't been, this is very helpful to get it done!
I didn't verify my last certificate's expiration date when I was notified by the National CPR Foundation that I was due for renewal
I didn't verify my last certificate's expiration date when I was notified by the National CPR Foundation that I was due for renewal. So I paid and took the test. When I went to swap out the certificates, I had one more year on it. WOW, was I ***.
So folks, check your certificate's expiration date before you rely on the Foundation's notice of renewal. I doubt that I could request a refund and receive it.
Otherwise, it is a great resource that I introduced to my company's Training department at the start of Covid.
Clear and concise narrative and directions. Videos did not have sound except for one. Dr. Lou
1 Star because this isn't approved by OSHA. You cant do online First aid or CPR courses without taking a hands on skills test. Because its not approved by OSHA places such as Jobs, Schools wont accept this this.
The course provided great practical content on the basics to assist someone if a situation arises!
I just would like to take this moment to say , how professional and and knowledgeable my training was!
I just would like to take this moment to say , how professional and and knowledgeable my training was! Teaching online and virtually can be a challenge. But your staff made this adult learning experience worth while. The steps of each module was clear and effective in making sure the adult student was processing the information with clarity. Thank You for having such an incredible program. I look forward to sharing this information with others and I plan on taking other courses you may that will meet my educational needs.

I got an error message saying payment didn't go through
I got an error message saying payment didn't go through. Tried to do it several times it said noting was in my cart. Had to take the test several times to have it say yet again that there nothing in my cart so I took another test at another site & it went through immediately but had to study all over again & pay to have it sent to me, went through fine. Checked my email again you guys charged me several times leaving me a red message that the payment did not go through. Unbelievable. Horrible waste of hours of my life. Please give me my money back.
I found the online course by National CPR Foundation excellent!
I found the online course by National CPR Foundation excellent! The CPR and FIRST AID online courses were professionally prepared and easy to comprehend. I thought it is ACCEPTED WORLD as advertised, but unfortunately, the Certification was not accepted by GARDAWORLD Canada. GardaWorld Corporation is a Canadian private security firm, headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, with 102,000 employees as of January . GardaWorld International Protective Services, the international division of the company, began operations in 1984. Is OSHA America certification recognized by CANADA?
I loved it!
I loved it! BLS Course was extremely comprehensive. Topics weren't over explained. To the point, no information overload, order of topics just seemed to roll. I truly understand more and retained more from this course than the class I took with an onsite instructor. I honestly feel more knowledgeable and much more confident in assessing an emergency situation and providing the critical care needed to increase the chances of survival and/or recovery of the persons involved as well as basic non emergency care for the injured or ill. Loved It! Definitely well layed out course. I'm impressed!

I have had numerous training over the years in CPR/First Aid/AED and other helpful things to know should it be needed in times, where immediate action needs to be taken as a matter of life, and death situations that could arise, And also for those things that are less severe, but need attention before emergency personnel arrives on the scene. This is by far the absolute best training for easy access to the courses presented, and, in language that is easy to understand. Also, your certificate will arrive promptly after passing the tests. Thank-you all for the hard work put into these courses.
Excellent course!
Excellent course! Especially for those of us who have taken First Aid/ CPR/AED for years in person. I found this website on my last renewal, in 2020, during the pandemic when it was downright dangerous to meet in person or share CPR models, even using PPE and simulating the techniques. So glad its legit and is accepted almost everywhere! Best parts for me are the high value for the price, and the small amount of time the classes take! I usually have to renew many certificates around the same time, so I'm usually so busy and so broke at this time of year. The low price really helps me out a lot! Thank you!
Very convenient for any schedules
Very convenient for any schedules. However I worry that because there is unlimited chances to retake the exam, that there might be people that take advantage of that and don't necessarily retain the information. I also think that there should be more questions to make sure that all aspects of the information are covered in the testing. Originally I had obtained my BLS through the American Heart Association. It was not nearly as easy, but very appropriate considering the field that I work in. It's just as important to make sure the information is learned and can be carried out with confidence and accuracy as it is to "pass" the testing.
The section on burns indicates Aloe Vera Ointment may be used on 1st degree burns
The section on burns indicates Aloe Vera Ointment may be used on 1st degree burns. I have been taught that a water base topical, cream or lotion, should be used as a petroleum base(ointment) is occlusive and burns need oxygen. Perhaps my earlier training has been superceeded? The question I got wrong was on Protective equipment should cover. The 2nd choice was coverings for body parts and do not need to be covered themselves and the third was inanimate equipment that also will not need to be covered, but certainly properly disinfected. The 4th answer was all of the above. You might want to review the wording of this question. Otherwise, the material presented was very informative and a good review.
Very good review for CPR and first aid however my employer would not accept my certification
Very good review for CPR and first aid however my employer would not accept my certification. So, check with your employer (mine is government funded and I care for special needs individual, have been for 19 years) before you pay for National CPR Foundation's certification. Sorry, I cannot recommend this certification if employers in WV will not accept it and that is why I rated it 3 stars. I'm being told my certification must be through American Heart Association and my employer does not care that these courses offered through this site are following AHA guidelines. I guess it's different in their eyes. I was trying to save some money as I have to pay for my own certifications. Don't cut corners; lesson learned.

I made a mistake in choosing and completing my course for work, I needed to complete the CPR / AED / 1st Aid course that cost $14.95 and instead completed the CPR / AED class that was $12.95; I would like to either pay the $2.00 difference and be allowed to take the test for the needed CPR / AED / 1st Aid test; or I need this company to reverse my payment so I can choose the proper course.
Unfortunately, I am unable to reach this business either through their website "contact us" or through the telephone # I ended up finding on this website.
The "contact us" fill in form goes to an error that states, "your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later message: 1001" continuously the four times I tried to send for my issue.
The telephone # rings and rings until beeping comes on; this happened the 3 times I attempted to call.
I was not satisfied with the quality of the written training
I was not satisfied with the quality of the written training. Some of the info was difficult to understand - for example the description of the different numerical ratios for CPR and the inclusion of medical terminology without clear, simple definitions for the layperson. There were many typos (written errors) throughout the presentation. Also, given the large quantity of written info to absorb, I was surprised that there were only 10 questions on the test. Finally, although there were a few very short video clips, most of the test catered to fluent readers in English. I think that a series of short but comprehensive videos on each and every important topic would be a much easier format to understand and remember/ and be able to re-play as needed. Reading all of this material, I still have questions and did not have any chance to practice the techniques described. If a real-life emergency situation were to arise, I do not feel comfortable that I would quickly recall all of the necessary info. I'm glad that I was able to pass this short test but in reality, I don't think I absorbed the content sufficiently. I hope that someone actually reads these comments and takes my feedback into consideration.

NationalCPRFoundation: A Scam Certificate Provider - Don't Waste Your Time and Money
So, I got this certificate from NationalCPRFoundation and my boss said it wasn't good enough. I was like, "What the heck? They said it was legit on their website!" I tried to get my money back like they promised, but they're being super sketchy about it. I followed their email instructions and everything, but they're still not giving me my money back. Honestly, this whole thing feels like a big scam. Don't waste your time or money on these guys.
NationalCPRFoundation Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Money on Their Certifications
Yo, so I took the exam on NationalCPRFoundation's website and I passed with flying colors. But when I tried to use my certification, it turns out that it ain't accepted by nobody. I had to go and retake the whole thing through the American Red Cross. Like, what a waste of time and money, you know?
They say they're all OSHA and AHA compliant, but that's just a bunch of baloney. Don't trust 'em.
I'm pretty ticked off about the whole thing, and I want a full refund on my purchase. But now I can't even upload my proof of purchase, so who knows if I'll ever get my money back.
Overall, I'd say steer clear of NationalCPRFoundation if you want a legit certification. They're just a bunch of phonies.

NationalCPRFoundation Review: Not the Best Option for CPR Certification
I recently stumbled upon NationalCPRFoundation's website (nationalcprfoundation.com) and decided to give it a try. At first glance, it seemed like a great alternative to taking the full AHA or American Red Cross course. However, after purchasing a card from them, I quickly realized that it wasn't as official as it appeared.
One major issue with the card is that it doesn't have an expiration date. This is a dead giveaway to any competent HR department that the card is not legitimate. It's important to have an expiration date on your CPR certification to ensure that you are up to date on the latest techniques and procedures.
Another issue I had with NationalCPRFoundation is that their website is a bit confusing to navigate. It took me a while to find the right course and I had to contact customer service for help. However, the customer service representative was friendly and helpful.
Overall, I would say that NationalCPRFoundation is not the best option for getting your CPR certification. While it may seem like a quick and easy solution, it's important to take a legitimate course to ensure that you are properly trained and certified.
NationalCPRFoundation Online Course Review: Helpful Instructor, Non-AHA Affiliation, Not Hands-On Certified
I recently took an online CPR course through the NationalCPRFoundation website and I have to say, it was a pretty good experience. The instructor was really helpful and knowledgeable, but I did notice that it wasn't affiliated with the American Health Association like some other courses I've taken in the past.
Unfortunately, I found out later that the certification I received wasn't accepted by my employer because it wasn't hands-on. I was pretty disappointed because I had to take another course through my job, which made it my third time taking a CPR course in just one year! Can you believe it?
Despite this setback, I do think that the NationalCPRFoundation course would be a good option for nursing agencies or other similar organizations. Just make sure to double-check with your employer before signing up to avoid any issues down the line.
Beware of NationalCPRFoundation: A Bogus Operation for CPR Certification
So, I was looking for a way to get certified in CPR and stumbled upon NationalCPRFoundation (nationalcprfoundation.com). At first, I thought it was too good to be true, but I decided to give it a try. It was super easy to get certified, which should have been a red flag for me. However, I was curious as to how they could make their claims.
After completing the certification, I realized that it was just a bogus operation designed to separate me from my money. Sure, it was cheap, but it was a complete waste of money because the certification doesn't qualify for anything. I felt like I had been scammed and it was a dishonest business practice. In my opinion, it should be illegal to operate in this way.
Overall, I would not recommend NationalCPRFoundation to anyone looking to get certified in CPR. It's just not worth the risk of wasting your money on a certification that won't qualify you for anything. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable organization to get certified with.
Disappointing CPR Course: My Experience with NationalCPRFoundation
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with NationalCPRFoundation. I mean, I'm no expert or anything, but I've taken a few CPR courses in my time and this one just didn't seem up to snuff. The website was kinda clunky and hard to navigate, and the course itself was just...well, let's just say it didn't inspire a lot of confidence.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm all for online learning and convenience and all that. But when it comes to something as serious as CPR, I feel like you really need to have some hands-on experience and guidance from a real-life instructor. And this course just didn't provide that.
Plus, like the other reviewer said, the course was over in a flash. I mean, I get that they're trying to make it quick and easy, but come on. Ten minutes? That's barely enough time to read through the material, let alone actually absorb it and understand how to apply it in a real-life emergency situation.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend NationalCPRFoundation to anyone looking to get certified in CPR. There are plenty of other, more reputable organizations out there that offer better courses and more comprehensive training. So save your money and go with one of them instead.
NationalCPRFoundation Review: Easy Exam, Frustrating Payment Process, Good Website Overall
So, I recently took the CPR exam on NationalCPRFoundation website and I gotta say, it was pretty easy. I passed it with flying colors and was feeling pretty good about myself. But then, when I went to pay for the certificate, I ran into a bit of a problem. I forgot to provide my billing number and the payment didn't go through.
I was pretty frustrated, but I decided to contact the support team to see if they could help me out. I provided them with all the evidence and documents of payment, including my bank transaction history, but they told me that they couldn't do anything for me. I was pretty disappointed, to be honest.
But, despite the setback, I still think NationalCPRFoundation is a good website to use for CPR certification. The exam was easy to understand and the website was easy to navigate. I just wish the support team could have been a bit more helpful.
Overall, I would recommend NationalCPRFoundation to anyone looking to get certified in CPR. Just make sure you double check all your payment information before submitting it!
Beware of NationalCPRFoundation: Not AHA Compliant and Not Widely Accepted
I recently stumbled upon the NationalCPRFoundation website and was intrigued by their claim of being AHA compliant. However, upon further research, I discovered that the AHA does not actually approve, endorse, or accept their courses. This was a bit disappointing to learn, as I was hoping to receive a certification that would be widely recognized and accepted.
In addition, I found out that many State Boards and employers do not accept certifications from NationalCPRFoundation. This was concerning, as I was hoping to use my certification for employment purposes. It seems that these certifications do not actually comply with the licensure requirements of most healthcare professionals.
After reading up on the actual laws, I found that most healthcare professionals are required to complete "contact hours" of CPR training in order to meet licensure requirements. It appears that NationalCPRFoundation's courses do not meet these requirements, making them essentially useless for those in the healthcare field.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering using NationalCPRFoundation for their CPR certification needs. It seems that this website is not a legitimate option and may even be a scam. It's important to do your research and make sure that any certification you receive is widely recognized and accepted by State Boards and employers.
NationalCPRFoundation Review: Great Certification Process, But Poor Customer Service on Social Media
So, I recently took my CPR certification exam through NationalCPRFoundation and I'm happy to say that I passed it! They sent me an email with my certificate and wallet card, which was great. However, they did mention that due to Covid, the delivery of the wallet card might be delayed. I was patient and waited for 10 days, but unfortunately, it didn't arrive. I was a bit disappointed, but I understand that these are tough times.
After 15 days, I still hadn't received my wallet card, so I decided to reach out to them on social media. I sent them a message, but to my surprise, they didn't reply. I was a bit frustrated because they had sent me an email asking me to like/follow them on social media, but they weren't responding to my messages. I mean, why would I follow you if you don't reply, right?
Overall, I'm happy with the certification process and the exam itself. However, I do wish that they were more responsive on social media. It would be great if they could provide an explanation for the delay in the delivery of the wallet card. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with NationalCPRFoundation: Flimsy Certificate and Missing PVC Card
I recently tried to get my CPR certification from NationalCPRFoundation and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. The certificate they sent me was just a flimsy piece of paper that I don't think would be accepted anywhere. And to make matters worse, they promised to send me a PVC wallet card but it never arrived. When I reached out to them about it, they said they had just dispatched it, but it's been 13 days and I still haven't received it.
Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if this company is even legitimate. Do they have a trade license? Or are they just a scam fake illegal company? I'm so frustrated with the whole experience that I'm considering reporting them to the FTC to find out their legitimate status.
Overall, I would not recommend NationalCPRFoundation to anyone looking to get certified. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable company to work with.
Never received the cpr/aed card after paying and taking test
I have called emailed and attempted to call National CPR Foundation no one emails or calls back. Now they have my $15 and I needed my card today and still do not have it. This is poor customer service bad. They send my husbands with my name on the envelope but I never received mine.
I WANT MY CARDS sent to me. I NEED these for work! They will not take the printout.
Or you can refund our money and my organization will not use your services.

Desired outcome: I WANT MY CPR/AED Cards!!!1 not the one you email the hard copy like my husband got and he does not need it like I do.Or you can refund our money and my organization will not use your services.
BLS I completed the module and test for a BLS renewal, paid and recieced a card
BLS I completed the module and test for a BLS renewal, paid and recieced a card. The BLS was stated as being compliant with the AHA and accepted everywhere. However it was not accepted at the job I'm starting holding up my start date. The company/foundation stated that they refunded me but I recieved nothing. I sent a message to them in regards and I was told that I was refunded via *** however I paid with my bank card and never gave my *** information.

I am unable to contact National CPR Foundation
I am unable to contact National CPR Foundation. The contact page on the website does no work, and there is no response when calling. On September 26, I completed a First Aid course. A Plastic card is supposed to be shipped and delivered in 1-2 weeks. After not receiving it for 1 month, I went on the website (https://www.nationalcprfoundation.com/support/) to try to resolve the issue there. However, I received an error. I tried multiple times on different devices, but I got the same error. I then called their phone number multiple times, but there was no response.

I have the same issue with my card not being mailed. I've sent to emails to the company and never received a response back.
I paid for the class and tested but have not received my certification or refund
I paid for the class and tested but have not received my certification or refund. Also, I have not been able to contact any rep for the company. I submitted payment for the CPR class online Jan 22nd 2020, and took the class and tested the same day. I have not received the certification via email or hard copy mail to date. When I attempted to print online, I got an error message, several times. I managed to locate a phone number for the company but when I called, there was no voicemail, and no answer. I need this for work. If they cannot fulfill their commitment, I would like a refund so I can go to a reputable company.I can no longer delay this issue. Their customer service leave a lot to be desired.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The National CPR Foundation's website is misleading
The National CPR Foundation's website is misleading. The first aid courses do not meet OSHA, Defense, or Government standards. Upon looking at the National CPR Foundation's website I believed that the certifications the National CPR Foundation offered would meet the requirements needed to complete a Coast Guard license application. After completing a simple ten question test i found out I had passed. I expected more and more difficult questions. Because of the limited questions and the extremely easy nature of the test I became skeptical, I still went through and payed for my course which was a mistake. I still had questions about the veracity of the test and upon further research found out that indeed the implied claims of a valid OSHA approved certificate and an implied affiliation with The American Heart Association was untrue and based on information defining acceptable test on the OSHA's website. here is a link to that page. *** I admit I was all to ready to get an easy certification online, and without doing my due diligence I purchased the Class and Test for $14.95. I have looked for information on how to get a refund for a product I feel was badly misrepresented. I have included a picture of my billing statement. These are hard times for everyone. We shouldn't have to deal with things like this.
