I really like our Entek system from Genesis Environmental Technologies, Inc. The water is so clear, clean, and fresh! We don't have those annoying stains and soap scum in our sinks or showers anymore, and the black sludge coming out of our pipes is gone too. The sales and installation process was amazing. Everything was top-notch, and we couldn't be happier! Brian, thank you for your knowledge, patience, and guidance. We're really grateful for our clean water!

I wanted to get one installed based on the sales pitch. Due to financial challenges, I am unemployed and they want to sell a system for anyone without a job. Also, they can be difficult to reach because they have a callback system only. I could not find an email to email them. I accidentally sent a message to the ComplaintsBoard.com telling of my problems trying to reach them. I hope one day to have a Gentek water system in my home.

I orderd a water system after one of their sales leads reached out to me with a competitive offer. As far as the system goes, I love the water quality: dishes are easier, showers are nicer, etc. My guests comment on my 'soft water' consistently. But it's the customer service, billing, and sales/marketing that made Entek the way to go. They were flexible, responsive, and very easy to work with. Good product sold by a good team. Give them a call.

I got a post card from a company in Holiday, Florida offering a $100 gift card if I let them come and show me their product. I agreed, but it's been almost 3 months and they still haven't sent the gift card. I've already contacted the attorney general's office and the ComplaintsBoard.com. Turns out, this company's rating is not A+ like they claim, but actually a B-. I wrote them a letter and I hope their rating drops even further, maybe to a C. We got a softener system installed in April. They said it would cover the whole house and we wouldn't need a separate drinking purification system. We fell for it completely. Recently, we had our water tested by a good company and it tested really bad. None of the chemicals from fertilizer are being removed. It only removes chlorine. We paid a lot for nothing. Plus, the solar operation stopped working. Now we're stuck with payments for this expensive system that doesn't do what they said. We definitely don't recommend them.

We bought a water softener system from this company in June 2022. Since then, it has stopped working three or four times. Every time we call the service number, nobody answers, and we leave a detailed message. No call back, ever. We started using the Emergency number, and after three to five messages, we finally get a return call. The technician comes and gets us back online until it fails again, and we repeat this whole process. Their customer service is the worst we've ever experienced. I would never recommend them. If we could give negative falling stars, we would. We really should have checked them out on the ComplaintsBoard.com before buying. A rating of 2.24 out of 5? They should be ashamed and embarrassed.

I was totally fooled by the sales pitch, man. They made it seem like this system would totally clean up my water at home. But guess what? It only got rid of the chlorine, not the nasty bacteria. They sold me a water softener instead of a real water purifier. I'm so bummed out about this product, dude. I feel like I got ripped off by G and paid a whopping $5000 for a bunch of cleaning stuff. I've been stuck buying bottled water for the past two years just so I can have something drinkable, instead of that gross bacteria-filled water that comes out of my faucet. I thought this was gonna save me money, but it's turned into a money pit for Genesis Environmental Technologies, Inc. Trust me, don't waste your time with this if you want clean water. It's only good if you're into buying rock salt all the time for a water softener.

We live in a single family home in Leesburg, Florida. Our water smelled so bad when we moved into our home. I was buying bottled water and spending so much money on soap products for laundry, bath, and dishes, and I still felt like nothing was clean. We asked for a water demonstration to see how many impurities were in our water. It was surprising and disgusting to see. We bought the Entek system and now we don't have to buy all the bottled water. My laundry smells fresh and our skin doesn't feel like it's covered with dirt after showering! So good! Genesis Environmental Tech was so knowledgeable, efficient, and installed our system without delay. We are so happy and thankful! Once everyone had to boil their water after an electrical plant shutdown. We didn't have to boil our water. It's clean, no smell! I wish everyone could have the Entek system! Thank you guys!

I'm currently moving up north in Florida, from Gainesville to Lamont, near Monticello. I left a message for *** (Water Treatment Systems), also known as Genesis Environmental Technologies, explaining my upcoming move and date.

This morning, a lady named Delores called me and said that they don't cover that area, but they could package it for me for $200.

When I bought this system, I thought I was dealing with honest and straightforward folks. They had mentioned that they would move it for me once (for free, as I understood it). However, Delores now tells me that I misunderstood. As a law enforcement officer for 48 years, I can confidently say that I remember what people say or do. I know I'm not mistaken.

Regardless, I will never do business with this company again, and I'll advise others to avoid them too. If you can't keep your word, your business means nothing to me.

I should have just bought a Whirlpool system from Lowes, like I did before.

No wonder the finance guy can afford all that fancy jewelry, making money off hard-working people.

My husband bought a water softener from Genesis Environmental Technologies, Inc. We've been calling the finance company *** for over 2 1/2 years to complain about the system that hasn't been working since we bought it. We looked at the machine and saw the name Entek. We've been calling them too, leaving messages because no one ever answers the phone. They don't return calls. So we're paying $6000 for a system that has never worked the way we were shown at our home. We finally got in touch with the corporate office and spoke to a woman named Delores. She didn't want to hear what my husband was telling her about the system. He told her at the start of the call that he's a disabled Veteran who suffers from Tinnitus and he speaks loudly. It's not that he's yelling at her, but he has to try and hear himself talk. She said she understood but told my husband that she would have to put him in a timeout because she's not going to listen to him while he has a loud tone. He also mentioned the American with Disability Act, and she said she didn't care. We were totally shamed by this company and want them to refund all our money for this machine that doesn't do what we were told it would do. We also want to cancel the contract for the purchase. They can come get their non-workable machine, and we'll be done with them and the falsehoods they presented to us. If you could see the water that comes through to our home, you would understand. Our toilets, the water makes them black inside. We had to get rid of our fish tank due to the bad water that's supposed to be filtered by this system. The water from our sinks is disgusting, and the odor is horrible. My husband also asked to speak with a supervisor, but she refused and hung up the phone.
