I've been a loyal customer of NuWatt Energy for a while now, and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with their products and services. The only problem I've faced in the past two years since I had their panels installed was that the app stopped communicating our savings for a couple of weeks. But I contacted the NuWatt solar support team, and they were quick to help me out. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and efficient their customer service was, especially since it's been a while since I bought the system from them. My friends who went with other solar companies have had some real nightmare stories about post-installation experiences, so I was a bit worried at first. But NuWatt's team got right on it and figured out that our new internet provider was the culprit. They fixed it for us, and I'm really happy with the savings I'm getting. I highly recommend NuWatt Energy - they're a reliable and friendly solar company, and you won't regret choosing them.

We been waitin' 8 months for our solar panels to start workin' and they still ain't generatin' no power to the grid. Them negative reviews ain't lyin', don't trust 'em. They always late, don't give no heads up, and always blamin' someone else. They said it'd take 2-3 months but it's been 8 months now. The panels been on our roof for 2 months and still ain't workin'. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to go.

The experiance from start to finish was great! We love the fact that it's a local company with a very professional staff. Our rep was great to deal with, informative and punctual, and the project guys were very easy to communicate with. The installation crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very happy with the entire process. We are happy with our zero utility bills. We would highly recommend NuWatt Energy. Five stars!

NuWatt Energy put in our solar system in 2017. They kept all their appointments and the install went smooth. My hubby is an electrician and they answered all his tech questions and did what he asked. We had some questions after and they got back to us quick. They're real pros. We say go with them.

Energy LLC. They talked a good game, but they ain't delivered. I'm on my fourth month of delays (not 'cause of Covid). They dropped off the products without warning, and NuWatt didn't even know they were delivered. The hardware sat in my driveway for two weeks before they finally came to install. The first installation would've failed on at least eight code violations and had to be reconfigured. It took six weeks to fix, with me calling/emailing the City and NuWatt to get things moving. Then, the final inspection had to be delayed 'cause NuWatt couldn't get to the printers on time. It's been sloppy and slow. If you want a frustrating experience, go with NuWatt Energy LLC.

Panels were not installed correctly and have caused issues with my electricity. I have had to call them multiple times to get someone to come out and fix the issues. The customer service has been terrible and I have had to wait on hold for long periods of time. Overall, I would not recommend NuWatt Energy for solar panel installation. There are too many issues and the customer service is not helpful.

We got solar panels from NuWatt Energy in November . It cost us almost $30,000 and they said it would cover all our electric bills. The panels were put on in winter and by April they were getting solar energy. NuWatt gave us an app to see how much energy the panels were getting. But, they messed up the connection and we don't get any of the energy. Our bills have gone up instead of down. We told NuWatt to fix it, but they keep delaying. They need to fix their mistakes now.

We got Nuwatt to put in 31 solar panels in the fall of 2021. But they only put in 30 because of a vent pipe. The installation was done in February 2022 and went "live" on 3/10/22. But 2 panels weren't making energy. They said the microinverters were busted and ordered new ones. They came on 3/22/22 and an electrician came on 4/9/22 to put them in. But it didn't work. They said the electrician would come back on 4/22/22 but he didn't. On 4/28/22, they said there was a "grid issue" and they were waiting for an email update. But when I called Enphase on 5/2/22, they didn't know anything about it. It's been 8 weeks and we still don't have a working system. Nuwatt is hard to get a hold of and I'm worried they're not telling the truth. My contract says I can't have anyone else fix it or I lose my warranty. So I'm stuck with Nuwatt. I found Nuwatt through EnergySage and they're trying to help too.
