General RV Center review: Springdale Keystone mini

Well 2 weeks after I bought the camper it started leaking took it in and they held it for 3 months just to tell me its a manufacturing area with a staple that was not sealed which caused leaking and water damage to ceiling and walls.Not to mention one of the screws on the screen door was stripped and you couldn't open the door unless u picked it up. I have brought it in 6 times over the course of the year to fix these issues and they haven't been fixed. I have a warranty which approved a new door but they just replaced the screw instead of the door which didn't fix the problem and said they didn't see the approval from the warranty company. So I called the warranty company my self 2x now to make sure it was approved with a general rv worker on the phone so they could hear it was approved to get a new door. The last visit back in April they were supposed to seal the leak but its leaking again causing more damage. I have been asking for this to be fixed since last October 2024 2 weeks after I bought the camper and its almost October 2025 nothing is fixed.
