General RV Center review: RV sales and financing

On August 15 2025, I purchased a 2018 Thor Motor Coach Order # 3140976 from the Ocala Florida Location. The GRV Representative name was Sabastian Beltran. At the time he convinced me that I needed certain packages for the RV being the Corner stone, Tire Shield, Safe Ride and Ultimate Platinum Plus/ECP.
Later I learn that the tire Shield and Safe Ride was similar and I did not need the Safe Ride. When I had a tire fail on my first trip they did not cover the cost as I was told by your GRV Rep. and I cancelled it after taking a loss.
When we took delivery my wife had brought to the attention of your employee who did the walk around that the finish of the paint was very rough and dirt and streaks were under the finish which she questioned if it had been done at all. He pointed out that a ECP sticker was on the door and it had been done.
When we got it home we tried to remove the dirt and streaks with no luck.
I immediately contacted the service department who told me to contact the salesman. The salesman told me to contact the GRV rep who sold it to me.
After making many calls and leaving several messages he never called me back.
The next week we traveled to the west coast with the RV. We noticed a white powder coming from the seats and furniture on our clothing. A few days later the material on the furniture was disintegrating rapidly. I immediately called again and was told the vehicle was sold as is. When I called the corporate office they contacted the store on October 16th and contacted me with Kord .He looked at the RV interior and told us they could not help us. That the interior was never done per the GRV Sabastian. It was sold bad we had to remove the interior furniture and buy new.

My Issue is, I paid the full price for this service and it was never done. Since then I have made several calls to Sabastian Beltran., the service manager Kord Collins, Tracy service department was the only one who stepped forward and out in a claim for me. Sabastian will not call me back. I had to go to the store and stand at employee's desk to get a response. ECP sent a check for $3300.00 to General RV Ocala, I no longer have the furniture and had to pay much more than that for new furniture. The captain chairs had to be covered. I have gone through lots of stress and aggravation from General RV Ocala store since I purchased this vehicle. I no longer want the vehicle and need to upgrade this. I told your store about this thinking they would want to remedy the problem and satisfy me by selling me a new upgrade but they could care less.

The next day after we took delivery, we were driving at night. When we turn on the headlights they did not work. I check the motor oil before our trip. It was black and down a quart. The microwave handle broke
the day we got it. It was cemented to stay in place short term.

Customer service and resonse is very bad.
