My parcel was originally inteded to be delivered to my home on the 5/09/19. As I was not home I was unable to receive the parcel, so I called the customer service to request them to redeliver it. An employee promised that the parcel would be delivered on the 8/09/18. But I waited the whole working hours but the parcel did not arrive. I called again the following week and was promised again that it would be delivered on the 15/09/18. Once again this courier seevice has let me down. Please see to it that your employees are able to keep their word as it is irritably irresponsible of them to not fulfil what they have promised. Tracking number of parcel [gam000231809]
