I never experienced poor service like the one I experienced with Lynwood Gautrain Bus. Today they told us on queue that there is no 8:41 AM Bus from Hatfield to Lynwood. We arrived at the station by 7:33. He told us at 8:39. It look like management is extremely poor because even drivers are not professional like those of Midrand. I used Gautrain bus for a year in Midrand and net professional and focused drivers. Gautrain Bus must really work on their management in Hatfields. We can't buy a month tickets and then harrassed and abused by incompetent management of Hatfield Gautrain Bus.

Recommendation: Improve your services by ensuring competent management and professional bus drivers. We see more of Putco in Gautrain Bus Hatfield. We pay for service in advnace and have to pay for taxis again. Whenever a bus is cancelled while we are on queue, a refund must be issued
