I would like to report incorrect charges that were deducted from my bank account. The Gautrain bus fare from Rhodesfield to Charle Gate normally costs R13, but on 3 and 4 December 2025, I was charged R67 instead when tapping in with my bank card.
Additionally, while I was at work on the same days, Gautrain deducted R80 and R16 from my bank account without me using any Gautrain services at that time.
Could you please investigate these incorrect charges and assist with a refund? I can provide bank statements, timestamps, or any other information required.
Desired outcome: I want to be refund back my money which amounts to R326.
