Gateway Home Services review: Tile floor

Ethan and his brother did a great job regrouting my kitchen floor. After a couple months, the grout started cracking and breaking away. The tiles were also not clean of all the grout, looked pretty bad. Numerous calls, texted, and messages since December 2025 but still have not come out to look at it of try to fix it. I paid good money for their service and now that a follow up is needed, nothing. The grout could have been bad, the grout could have not been mixed properly, the grout didn't have proper drying time - there are all kinds of reason. But they won't take ownersihip or answer to the problems.
