Gate.io review: Gate did not honour its promise to credit crypto after I provided all information requested

I sent Gate.io a transfer of 2,716.4667 XRP where one digit of the Memo tag was wrongly entered. Gate’s response in March,2024 that after I provided evidence Gate could credit the XRP. Complied with Gate’s needs but XRP not credited. Gate eventually responded that they had returned the XRP to Binance , though not to my account but to Binance exchange. In this case Gate broke its promise to credit XRP, relinquished its custodian role by sending XRP without my written approval sent to Binance exchange and not to my account in Binance, they made my lack of control and ownership of assets permanent.
