Gas south charging me $496.52 for my most recent bill. However, I have been set up on straight payments with them for years. I have been member since 2018 and have never been late for payment. I chose on the app to continue the one payment per month of $129. Ms. Jo states it doesn’t show you did. I explained what I did and it’s never been a problem. They updated/changed the website so I stated it might be a glitch with your system. She stated that there is no glitch in the system you must have forgotten to do it. Which I did NOT! She stated the only thing she could do was give me $75 credit after its paid. Funny how this is done right after we had the coldest few weeks ever. Plus, I had to replace both furnace systems before winter. This seems like a scam to get more money from me. I was paying $117.66 each month for the past year and accepted it going up to $129. This is not ok.
