Shady business practice FRAUD!
These people and the website is such a scam. I tried to let the team make it work, and after an accidental order due to phone glitch updates 11JAN 1140 am -and processing errors - immediately calling the company for accidental purchase and system error 1141am- trying to cancel immediately- they said it was cancelled 12JAN but still sent the product after confirming cancellation and putting an appraisal in after ship date of 12JAN. My Shop account did not send a confirmation text and input my info on the phone when I was simply trying to price match and see how much taxes would cost for such an item. Suddenly, it says processing and shows my address on a map! After I got an email confirming cancellation, I felt relieved, double checked all my accounts and made sure nothing was linked-as I was not considering a 15K purchase on top on baby prep and did not need these expensive accidents. Then, I got the package 3 days later 14JAN without any notice or tracking system message (a house guest signed for it while I was at work)and spent 20 minutes on the phone (pregnant and crying) because they said it was not possible for full return and price and had to accept either a 4k loss restock fee for a phone glitch or keep this outrageous watch that I knew nothing about. Said could not return package without opening and would charge a restock fee which was thousands of dollars. Before the item was shipped, they still had it to be appraised with the form dated after the shipping date! They gave me some kind of excuse. Also- no original paperwork How do I know this is an actual Rolex anyway? They covered the id numbers with diamonds...Then it came with missing diamonds- saying it is quality control checked and sometimes fall out during shipping- okay well the box was sealed and in another box and case so where are the lose diamonds... And if this isn't the worst part, they LIED to the credit card agency about how I wore the watch and that it was custom made specifically for me and confirmed the agreement for return policy! (have teh dispute apperwork from company and emails) They did not include the back and forth e-mails about damaged items and poor business practice when it was clearly an item they had multiple stock of and that I had pictures of a gloved inspection of this high piece item moments after the dispute phone call. They only included the e-mails where I accept defeat and consider exchange for a ladies watch that would actually be something I would maybe wear. I returned for repair because a 60$ credit offered to fix myself? Okay. WHat kind of service is that for sending someone a ROLEX? They only sent proof of return label to fix the watch with 2 missing diamonds and then never again contacted me about getting the watch back or the work to be confirmed to be done or anything. I got a dispute approval and assumed I would be refunded and could move on until I see the companies blatant lies about the situation and only including communications convenient to them. That I should not be refunded - mind you- I am not in possession of this watch nor want the damn thing nor really even know what was ordered. I just want the company to do the right thing in a [censored]ty unfortunate glitch with updating phone/other scam issues and not make it seem like I intentionally special ordered this stocked item to be custom made to my preference and then wore it and damaged it as if I am trying to scam them!
SHADY Business practice.

Desired outcome: Refund 100%, They already have the watch in their possession and it was not custom ordered- there is another one on their website!!
