The app is constantly offline. And in conjunction, so is the website. They recently made upgrades and since then, it's offline about 50% of the time. Plus, they have strict new password policies. If you don't constantly login to your account, they lock you out and make you change your password over and over. Plus, I recently got married and changed my last name. That whole ordeal was a fiasco. My mom originally helped me open the account because it was my first time having a job, but the account belonged to me. When I tried to change my name, they made me get my father's permission and signature to do so because he and my mom were on their own account, but because I had added my mom to my account at a young age, it's still technically in my dad's name. They called my dad to get his permission to let me change my own name on MY ACCOUNT. That's archaic in 2025. Then to add another layer of stupid, Frost started sending me my parent's bank statements just out of the blue. All 3 of our names were on it and my parents had to call them to get them to correct the statement. We never requested that I receive a copy of their statements, but they arbitrarily decided to do this on their own. The problem was corrected. All of this mess because I changed my last name. I've been a Frost customer for about 20 years and the past year has been nothing but stupid from them.
