Frost Bank review: My $5,500,000

I was contacted by a man called Mr. Phillip D Green claiming to have worked for the IMF with a phone number of +1(256)819-6410 telling me to pay the frost bank $2000 for IRS for my tax code and he was accompanied by a person called Gita Gopinath with a phone number of +1(720)432-8507 from the IMF who has been asking from me money since 2022 ,that it was a donation from the IMF .please help me to find out if it is all true or a scam
