Freelancer.com review: Company is syphoning amount from balance amount maintained with them and my credit card

The company has been syphoning amount from my saving which I have kept with them and credit card using the automated software by making agreement for syphoning unlimited amount from our credit card or debit card or paypal. The company has syphoned amount of $120 from my savings in my account and credit card on one or other counts. Since for last three months in number of ways your support team has tried to defend their wrong action and wasted lot of time in making series of defense with no logic. Even after my reminders, they were unable to answer my questions.
As they say, the amount was billed automatically since there's no sufficient funds on your account as I have breached our terms and conditions. But where is the arbitration and enquiry were conducted in this process. They are using an automatic software for withdrawal of unlimited money from any body’s account or credit card and making an agreement with clients for syphoning of fund using automated software. This is considered as cybercrime in India and Australia. The Reserve bank of India has informed PayPal and all companies to provide two-layer security for withdrawal of amount but in spite of this your companies like PayPal and company has not accepted guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. Here you have openly admitted that you are using software to syphon unlimited funds from any account is nothing, but serious cybercrime done by your company in India.
They are committed to ensuring that every user in our website acts in a way that preserves trust but in reality they are syphoning amount from account and credit card at their will. All member of public should know that making any such agreement with the company may result into cheating of huge amount from your account. The company is cheater company and staff has not been able to get better revenue so they are using bad methods to increase the amount.
