Foschini review: service

I have been a customer at Foshini Cresta for the past 15 years. Service is always poor. But today was absolutely unacceptable. I waited in shoe department for 10 minutes without anyone around to assist me. I went to the counter to request assistance. I then waited another 10 minutes while staff just walked past me. I requested to see the manager. The floor manager, BALELWA, came to me. I complained to her. She was so arrogant and rude. She did fetch the shoes that I requested but she just threw them on the seat where I was and left. She never asked if they were fine or I need any thing else. As a loyal customer of the Foshini group I am very disappointed with this type of service and complete lack of respect on the part of staff at your branch. I hope you will remedy this problem as you are about to lose many customers due to the insufferable attitude of your staff.
