Foschini review: Insured handset

On the 16th of December 2019, I submitted my damaged handset in for repairs. After many back & forth communications, I have not yet to date received positive feedback on getting my handset.

The only real feedback between the insurance company FinRite & Foschini, are of a lack of customer satisfaction. Their services are putrid, way below standard. I am disgusted by this.
