Foschini review: huawei cell phone

I have bought a phone in-store in May 2019 and the phone stopped working on the 29th of September 2019 I took it back to the store explained that the phone stopped working, and I was advised that it will be sent to repairs, till today I don't have the phone and annoying part, not receiving feedback. Should I not receive any communication by tomorrow, you will hear from my lawyer
