Although I ordered in the past for Phoenix Suns items and had no issues. I recently ordered items for Liberty University and have had nothing but issues. They are not refunding my money although all items were returned. Of the $76.10 I spent on the order I have only been credited $19.00, and also had to take a $7.76 credit for the keychain. What a scam. Save yourself the trouble. I have seen these items on Amazon, and there you can cheerfully request a refund for any defective product.
