Florida Power & Light [FPL] - proper repair service of falling lines/power lines continually failing (falling down)

From: American Latin Market Inc.
401 W. Boynton Beach, Blvd
Boynton Beach Fla. 33435
Phone: [protected]
Fax: [protected]
Owner/Manager: Richard Abdin/Karim Abdin

The purpose of this complaint is to highlight the extreme risk of electrocution and possibly death our customers, employees and pedestrians are potentially being exposed to, due to the frequent failure of power lines (frequently failing on cars, garbage containers and ground). It is requested that the current affected infrastructure be upgraded asap to eliminate the frequent occurrence of these failures, thus, reducing this risk exposure to everyone.
Dates of occurrences should already be on file, since, a FPL repair team had to address each occurrence of the problem.

The purpose of this complaint is to highlight the extreme risk of electrocution and possibly death our customers, employees and pedestrians are potentially being exposed to, due to the frequent failure of power lines (frequently failing on cars, garbage containers and ground behind the store/building). It is requested that the current affected infrastructure be upgraded (and/or permanently corrected) asap to eliminate the frequent occurrence of these failures, thus, reducing this risk exposure to everyone.

FPL should be responsible any damage or liability going forward until repairs/permanent fixes are executed.
Dates of occurrences should already be on file, since, a FPL repair team had to address each occurrence of the problem.

If this issue is not addressed in a timely manner, this matter will be elevated (i.e. contact the media, etc.)

Regards,
Richard Abdin
