Florida Department of Revenue review: florida food stamps ebt

I should have received my Florida benefits (food stamps) last Friday the 6th of November. But they failed to let me know that they needed confirmation from a family member of what little funds I do receive. This goes back at least a year when they also failed to let me know they needed something from me and I even stopped the electronic mean of receiving mail so I'd get something in the mail too. But I still don't get anything in the mail! So I found someone who could help in the Tallahassee office (Joyce Crawford)(joyce.[protected]@myflfamilies.com) Department of Children and Families  1317 Winewood Blvd., Building 3, Room 458 Tallahassee, FL [protected] P: [protected]  F: [protected] The first and second time I had to renew; she would make the call it took for me to get my benefits but this time she is ignoring me! I need someone who can go talk to this person face to face and remind her she is a public servant! and serve she shall!
