I have used Sef and Flat Rate Relocation two times and I would never move without them! The service is incredibly professional and every person I have had the pleasure of working has treated my business with respect. Emails and questions are all answered promptly and without any issues. The movers are kind, considerate and very careful and you can be sure that your belongings will arrive in their new location in perfect condition. This company deserves 10 stars!

Excellent movers and Fantastic crew. They handled my move with great care and consideration. Took the time and effort to ensure that everything was done properly and did not make any marks. scratches on the Walls and Doors or any of the things being moved. I moved into a 4 floor townhouse in Vancouver and they moved a heavy bed and mattress all the way to the top level without any complaints or damage. Will definitely recommend them to anyone considering hiring them. Doin't wait sign them up immediately. Thanks for a job well done Flat Rate Relocation!

Jason and his team recently moved my daughter from Victoria home to Alberta during COVID 19; the whole experience was smooth and easy from start to finish even though I was arranging everything from here in Alberta. Jason stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, regularly checking in to answer any question or concerns I had, and his team were polite and professional carefully packing/wrapping up my daughter's apartment and carefully unloading it into storage on our farm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flat Rate Location movers, quality, professional service from start to finish!

If you are looking for professionals to help you move efficiently and easily for a very reasonable cost, look no further! I cannot recommend Flat Rate Relocation enough - they are amazing. 11/10 and I would hire them again for every future move we have. From coordinating the move to moving things in and out of our places, they were extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. They were also expert at packing anything oddly-shaped or fragile that could not fit into a box - absolutely, everything arrived in perfect condition. Moving can be stressful - but not with Flat Rate. They made it easy!

We moved from Coquitlam to Kelowna. Leo was very helpful right from the beginning trying his best to book us in. He follows up and touched base during the move. Sef was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't know they would wrap EVERYTHING that's not in a box with blankets. He dismantled our heavy dining table and assembled it back at the destination. Everything was wrapped in blanket and secured. Items were not damaged or scratched. When Sef and Jason arrived, shortly after they had 2 more guys to help. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. I'm so glad we found Flat Rate, they were the most reasonably priced and their service was beyond our expectation. Thank you for making this a good experience for us as we have never done a long distance move before. Thanks so much!

It was truly a 5 star experience moving our belongings from South Surrey to a storage facility in Kelowna with Flat Rate Relocation! Leo provided great communication and coordination for our move; the crew were all careful, respectful and friendly and Seth was a tireless maestro in planning, coordinating and transporting our belongings with confidence, precision and great care. Having moved across the country 5 times for company-paid transfers (using national moving companies), this was our first personal, long distance move and It was by far our best move-experience. We were extremely satisfied with Flat Rate Relocation services; we only wish that we could hire them for a local move once our new home is completed! Thank you again for such a comfortable, efficient and worry-free moving experience.

Amazing service right from the first conversation and quote to ongoing coordination, execution and follow up. The moving team that picked up my stuff in Edmonton was the same one that brought everything into the new home. Everything was well packed and secured - they took the time to wrap items in blankets and double box things to make sure nothing was broken or otherwise damaged or scratched. They went well out of their way to coordinate with the building we were moving into that had numerous restrictions ultimately ensuring they switched to a smaller truck before getting here and then learning the big truck won't make it to the loading dock. Best of all, they did everything with a smile. It's not worth shopping around. Flat Rate Relocation not only had incredible service but also a very reasonable price.

EXCELLENT & AMAZING & RELIABLE SERVICE! I used the services for 2 moves from AB *** during this year and I have no words to express how happy I'm with the entire service. One move was for my elderly mom and the entire team were amazing during all the process. Since the moment I contacted Leo for the first time to get a quote until the last moment that all the belongings were dropped to me. The entire team has been so wonderful, accommodating to all our request about delivery time, where to drop, etc. We even move approx. 20 plants and all made it to the destination in a perfect condition. The movers are super friendly, responsible, understandable, experienced, quick in their jobs, know their process, they are on time for pick up/deliver and super clean and organized! I will definitely use their services again for all my moves from now on! Thanks for the services offered!
