Order No 947606 paid £36.20 on 28 May. Sandals arrived and unacceptable - bad fitting. No information inside package so no means of return.
Have tried multiple times emailing (ignored) and phoning (refusing to answer).
This company boasts great customer service but they are completely uncontactable and I need to return the unwanted product and have a refund asap as is my right in law.

How do I go about this now?
Please help.
