FirstTechFed.com Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently had an unfortunate experience with First Tech Federal Credit Union's customer service. After reaching out for assistance with my account, I waited for two weeks without any response. The lack of communication and delay in resolving my issue left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As a customer, timely and efficient support is crucial, and unfortunately, my expectations were not met in this instance.
