I refinanced * Civic 2012 I purchased from CARMAX Approximately in 2018. I had to pay the * $165 each month but I chose to pay $200.00 each month. In 2021, November, I moved to AG. In April 28, 2022, I had a car accident and my Hand car was total loss and towed by my insurance company. Since the car was financed by the REDWOOD CREDIT UNION in CA, my insurance paid them off the total money they they land me. I also reported to the * that I dont own the car any more. This was right after the accident happened. I reported one or two days latter or in April 29 or 30, 2022. Since I opened checking and saving account with them, they always withdraw from my checking each month on the 9th of day for more than two years. Now, while they received the total amount of their credit, they turned back to my account and withdraw $200.00 from my checking on May 9th, 2022. I called them up try to find out why theyre charging me while theyre getting paid the total money from my insurance but they told me that they didnt receive till 17th of May 2022. However, my insurance paid them even before the 9th of May 2022. Also, even, if they get paid on the 17 of May, the difference between the 9th and 17th of May is only 7 or 8 days different. However, theyre just greedily got the original amount they used to withdraw from my account since my checking and savings are at their bank. Now, I work to make money and get another car in order to survive, how would I even survive while these type of greedy banks cheating; how ordinary people like me can survive these type misleading companies. I am hoping the BBB will stand up and help out those who cant afford to hire a lawyer or have no power to resolve their business like myself. Once again, I thank you! Sincerely
