110 Mill Hollow Drive has been without service for over 5 days now. 100 Mill Hollow Dr as well. They are a family with 4 children who have been without power. Resident is 88 plus years old who is on a breathing apparatus that requires electricity. Unable to get any accurate information daily. Cannot believe this is how thy handle the elderly population. What about people who have no one to assist. We are dealing with medical issues along with loss of all of the food both refrigerator and frozen. Please advise how to handle such loss.
Claimed loss: Hundreds of dollars in frozen and refrigerated foods.
Desired outcome: Compensation and repairs of any damages due to loss of electricity. Have receipts and photos to share. Waiting for supervisor not AI to address this personally!
