I don't have a contract with FirstCredit, Inc
I don't have a contract with FirstCredit, Inc. I ain't responsible for collecting this debt from some unknown original creditor. This debt ain't my responsibility. Please remove it from my credit report.
I received two bills for my wife's medical expenses from different providers.
I received two bills for my wife's surgery and ER visit from different providers. We attempted to apply for financial assistance, but our bills were sent to collections prematurely. Consequently, we are now receiving numerous phone calls, which are becoming increasingly distressing. The account numbers are omitted for privacy.

FirstCredit Inc has made 2 unauthorized deductions from my checking account
FirstCredit Inc has made 2 unauthorized deductions from my checking account. I called 2 different numbers given by my bank to reach FirstCredit Inc, but all I could do was leave "call back" voice mails. I left 4 voice mails in total, 2 at each number, but I haven't received any response from FirstCredit Inc. I told my bank to stop any future auto withdrawals from FirstCredit Inc. I want a refund of $300 from FirstCredit Inc.
I went to the doctor on 11/14 because I had a kidney/bladder stone, but I didn't know that at the time
I went to the doctor on 11/14 because I had a kidney/bladder stone, but I didn't know that at the time. I gave the paperwork to Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO and Medicaid so they could approve the payment. Then, on 6/20, I got a note saying that the bill was sent to a collection agency for payment. The billing party said that if the insurance company doesn't pay within 60 days, I have to pay. And if nothing happens after 90 days, it goes to the collection agency. I just found out about this outstanding balance today, and I had no idea that I owed someone money. How can they send it to a collection agency without telling me?
I've been trying to pay this company many times, but it's just not working!
I've been trying to pay this company many times, but it's just not working! They keep sending me letters threatening to report it to the credit agencies, but they won't accept my payment. I've tried calling all the listed phone numbers, but every time they hang up on me! [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected] are all useless because they disconnect your call. I've also attempted to use their website, which asks for my account number and zip code. I've tried both the account number and file number, with and without the dash, but nothing works. It's crazy that they can threaten to damage my credit, but won't let me pay. I've made multiple attempts to pay and wasted so much time trying to make this payment. I even have video evidence of the calls and how they refuse to accept my payment!
I don't have any records of me, my husband, or our son getting treated by Cleveland Clinic on 1/18/22 or on 5/25/22
I don't have any records of me, my husband, or our son getting treated by Cleveland Clinic on 1/18/22 or on 5/25/22. But guess what? I got a bill/debt collection for those dates, and they want $78.31 and $103.18 from me. Can you believe it? I just found out about this debt collection notice on 12/22/2022, thanks to the good old post office. No one ever bothered to tell us about this outstanding balance before. How can they send it to a collection agency without even letting us know we owe them money? We always pay our bills right away, so this is really annoying, to say the least. If you want to see what they're billing you for, you have to upload a copy of your license/ID card and some other stuff. But honestly, I'm not comfortable doing that. There are so many scams out there, you know? I tried calling Cleveland Clinic, but surprise, surprise, their office is closed. I don't think calling FirstCredit, the company in question, will do any good either.
I got sent to this collections dept cuz I couldn't reach Portage Medical Center to set up a payment plan
I got sent to this collections dept cuz I couldn't reach Portage Medical Center to set up a payment plan. They never answered the number they gave me, so I kept mailing money to the address 'cause I couldn't pay it all at once. Now, I'm tryna contact this company with the two numbers they got listed at [protected] or [protected]. There's a message sayin' to hold for a rep, but then it sounds like someone picks up, presses some buttons, and the call ends with both numbers. When I go to the website they gave me at www.fcipayments.com and put in the account number and zip on this bill, it gives me an error message. I ain't 'bout to send money through my online banking to a place I can't reach 'cause now I'm startin' to think this whole bill might be a scam that I missed before. I can show my bank records with payments to Portage Medical Center, and those ain't showin' up in this balance I owe of $453.27.
