They took care of talking to my insurance company as well. The Shingle Masters also did a good job cleaning up as much as possible after the work was complete. Exellent stewardship of the process, very professional demenor, responsive to all questions, polite and efficient office staff, and superior installation work. The Shingle Master also offers -- at no additional charge -- preferred hand nailing as well as conventional gun nailing of shingles. Our experience with the *** Cool-Series shingles has been fantastic. Their performance in reducing upstairs ambient heat and air conditioning expenses has been far better than expected.

was totally honest and professional when he gave his first estimate. He even came out 2 days earlier than expected because he had a moment. He gave a fair and honest price after another company suggested my roof be replaced and tried to charge 3x's more than Shingle Master. I misunderstood a scheduling detail and to correct MY MISUNDERSTANDING, *** had his guy come out that very day and repaired my roof. They were fast, professional, and high on integrity. We had our roof replaced about a month ago and haven't had any issues. *** was great to work with from start to finish. He came to our house on the weekend with samples for us to pick from. After we made our decision, his crew was there within a couple of weeks. They arrived early and worked until after dark to complete the job. They took care of cleanup too. *** did come by the day of the work being done to make sure things were done right and we were okay with it. He also did some cleanup. We've had lots of compliments on our roof. We chose a brown color, not your usual black. He's done several other houses in our neighborhood too. I'd recommend *** and The Shingle Master!

The Shingle Master is really good at what they do! Last year our house got messed up real bad by a storm and we needed a whole new roof. We wanted to make sure we hired a legit roofing company that knew what they were doing. After a lot of searching and calling, we found The Shingle Master! They're licensed and insured and all that good stuff. They came over to our place and checked out the damage and told us what needed to be done. They worked with our insurance company to get everything approved and made it super easy for us. They put in a fancy roof that's supposed to last for 50 years, so we don't have to worry about it. It's been about six months now and we haven't had any problems. I would definitely recommend The Shingle Master because they know their stuff and they're professional. I know this review is long, but they deserve it!
