Browning Roofing was awesome! We received our quote from Jesse and he kept all of his promises. No additional charges or surprise fees. Painted our bird stops for no additional charge (we supplied the paint). We are all working and schooling from home and the noise was super manageable. They said the job would take about 5 day because of the size of house and they got the work done in 3. These guys worked great as a team! We live in an HOA (we all know how strict they can be) and they did their best to match our titles and “hide" the new ones to avoid any visible color variations. Jesse was extremely responsive to all of questions via call or text. It was just a great experience! Thank you Brown Roofing! Here's to a long lasting roof :)

Best Decision Ever to hire *** and Brown roofing! I wait to write reviews to see the long term results. Its been a couple years so here goes. I had the original shingle roof almost 30 years old. *** explained the best options and made it very easy to understand and schedule. His team was on time, Clean and professional. I had some issue with the Air conditioner unit on my roof and he even corrected those problems that had nothing to do with his job. I Would and have been recommending Brown Roofing to family and friends. Truly the best roofing company you can find and his service and end results are OUTSTANDING. After a couple years his customer service is still Perfect with any questions I have. Do yourself a favor and hire them! You will be glad you did.

My 27 year old tile roof looked like it was in need of some attention. The underlayment was curling and brittle, some of the tile was broken and also had some rotten plywood at the edges of my patio cover indicating rain was getting through. I had the top three valley roofers come out to give an estimate and was impressed that the owner Craig showed up instead of sending a sales guy like the others. He answered all my questions, and gave me the best estimate. His incredible crew showed up at 6:00am, worked two long hot days and left my property clean and clear of all nails when the job was done. Craig made a final stop to check the site and ensure I was pleased with the results. I'm so happy I went with Brown Roofing and I will definitely be referring them to my family and friends!

I can't say enough good things about Brown Roofing! From John the estimator, Mike and his roofing crew to Sarah in the office. Each person was wonderful to work with and each one answered any questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I was given a 6 to 7 am arrival time each day and the crew held true to that time start. They arrived at 6am each morning and worked the entire day and at the end of each day, the crew swept my sidewalks and picked up debris. My 23 year old roof was replaced with no shortcuts taken and it looks amazing! This was my first experience having a home re-roofed and John and Mike put me at ease before the project even started. Sarah was quick to send me an email with instructions on registering the new roof's warranty which was a super easy process!

Our roof had some wind damage from a previous storm and our fascia boards were also rotting. We requested a quote from multiple roofing companies and Brown Roofing came in at a very competitive price with a very great reputation. On top of that, we have solar panels and they helped us find a company that would uninstall and reinstall our solar panels before and after the roof was replaced. Once it came time to start the replacement process, the roofers at Brown were very friendly and even painted our fascia boards. They also left us an incredibly clean yard without any roofing materials or nails and they even straightened up the yard beyond what it had looked like prior. We are very happy with the roof and how it looks and we feel that they used high quality materials and are very confident the roof will last us for years to come.

After purchasing a home in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, we had Brown Roofing come out to inspect our roof in November given certain potential maintenance issues raised during the Buyer Home Inspection service. Jesse came out from Brown Roofing and we surveyed the concern areas together on the roof. He gave an honest assessment indicating that while a couple areas may need work in 2-4 years, the balance of the tile roof and underlayment was actually in good working condition. He also gave insight on simple maintenance that I can do to secure the flashings, repair a few other minor cracks, and repair a potential rodent intrusion area. The bottom line is that I greatly appreciated the honesty and will definitely hire Brown Roofing to do the future work when appropriate. Thanks again Jesse for the useful and thorough consultation.

I highly recommend Brown Roofing. They gave me a great competitive quote, answered all my questions with confidence and were very professional. Brown Roofing was able to move my install date up 2 weeks earlier than originally planned and when they arrived with the crew I immediately knew I was in good hands. Construction went smoothly and when it was determined that my 26 year old roof was going to need extra plywood and some additional work to make it right from what was originally proposed, they made me aware and did it right! No questions, no shortcuts and they even didn't ask for more money from the original proposal/contract. I will be referring Brown Roofing to all my friends and family if they are ever in need of a trustworthy, solid roofer who does the job right for a competitive price. Brown Roofing was a great experience and can't think of anything that they could have done better. They are the best!

Our flat roof warranty with another roofer now out of business expired May and in November we sprung a leak. We sought estimates from four roofers and contracted with Brown Roofing in January based on pricing and Yelp reviews. Where others told us we needed to replace portions of our roof, replace sky lights etc., Jesse(general manager) told me not to let others tell us our roof was bad, but rather our roof was in good shape needing patching and re-coating only. Jesse indicated they would not start our roof until it was warmer, but offered to patch the spot he was sure caused the leak. Next rain, no leak and on 4/9 Brown re-coated our roof. Craig Brown(owner) announced this morning our roof was complete and good for another 5 years. Both Jesse and Craig leave us feeling confident in our decision to use Brown Roofing. We're hopeful our good impression is warranted and that Brown Roofing stands the test of time.

Brown Roofing came out and inspected our 10 year old shingle roof. After inspection, the representative stated a new roof was not needed and the existing one would last at least another 20 years. We went over the area leaking around the HVAC unit and discovered the manifold was not replaced, bent out of shape, and was the cause of the leak, and the fix was to call a heating and cooling specialist. During inspection, the representative checked the lining under the shingles and shingle placement and saw nothing amiss. He said he would come back out if needed for minor patch work after the HVAC manifold and flashing was replaced but was adamant a new roof wasn't required. I was taken aback by such candor and honesty. It is highly unusual someone passed up on a potential 7K roof job. For that alone, the representative and Brown Roofing has earned my respect and future business, showing a level of integrity rarely seen today. Our home is 20 years old and the roof had a small drip when it rained last spring. We researched several local roofers and Brown Roofing kept coming up a the top of the ratings. We called and spoke to Debbie, and Jesse came out and did a walk on the roof, and took pictures, and took the time to explain that our entire roof needed fixing and why (the builder had shorted us on tiles and nails). The quote was reasonable and the timing was right. The crew showed up on time, and worked hard and fast and finished the entire job in 2 days! They have great attention to detail - example - they painted the wood roof trim as part of the job, and we bought a color of paint that we thought was good, but Craig noticed it didn't look right and called our attention to it. We got new paint and the next day they re-painted all the wood for us - and the whole roof, and the trim look great! They cleaned up the yard (removed the nails, and debris) and the whole house looks great, like we got an update! We highly recommend Brown Roofing.

I just got done doing about $60k in renovations to a house in Laveen, Arizona, involving new windows, new landscaping and irrigation, new carpet, new countertops, and new underlayment for my concrete tile roof. About a year ago, after a strong storm, I noticed a leak and decided I needed a roofer to take a look. After reviewing websites and reviews across the State and web, I chose 5 reputable companies to come out and give me a bid. HANDS DOWN John Smith and Jane Doe at Browns Roofing, even before they came out to give me a quote, were different (and better). John came out to give me a quote and was actually the last company to do so. This was more so that they just happened to be the last company I called of the group. Of the 5 companies, Brown was the only one to actually really talk to me about my issue - a leak I noticed after a strong storm. Most of the other companies showed up, threw a ladder up, and gave me a generic quote based solely on the size of my roof - none of the other 4 asked me about my issues or even talked to me above "I will email you a quote in a few days". John took some time with me to ask what I was experiencing, then after reviewing the roof, actually told me he might have fixed the problem for free. He had noticed a tile that had slid slightly out of place (I had thrown a tennis ball up on the roof for a puppy and didn't realize I had actually damaged the roof in doing so) and created a small pocket that was catching water behind the tile, and thus caused the leak over time. He advised that that might have fixed the issue, but to call him if I had any other issues. I didn't for about a year, until another strong storm hit and actually damaged the other part of my roof. Remembering my great experience, I called Brown Roofing again, and asked them to come out again and that I actually for sure needed repairs this time. They were happy to hear from me and set up a date to come out and give me a formal quote. As I still had the quotes from the other 4 companies, I was surprised to see that Brown was actually the best deal as well. With my great experience with them so far, and their stellar reviews online, I felt confident in moving forward. As they are really good at what they do, it was a month or so wait until they could get me on the schedule, as the same strong storm that hit my place, hit a bunch of other houses as well, so every roofing company was quite booked up. Once they came out, they made quick work of the job which took a total of 3 days. Every day, the team cleaned up before leaving for the day - very thoroughly. Other than when they were cleaning at the end of the days, they were basically in the front of the house and on the roof, and so my dogs were still able to go out in the backyard to use the bathroom, which was nice. After the job was done, John came out to do a thorough inspection and even found a few more nails and such that I didn't even see when I looked, that the crew had left after their last cleaning. I was amazed at how great their customer service was throughout the whole job, and even after. Of all the contractors I have ever worked with, I must say that Brown takes the cake. I only wish I had more jobs to give them, or that they did more than just roofing! Just use Brown Roofing - they are the best.
