First Gulf Bank [FGB]extremely unresponsive and poor customer service

Please DO NOT BANK with them. I have followed up since the last three days from the 3rd to the 5th with over 10 calls to follow up regarding the status of a cheque.
their ATM - CDM did not give me a scanned receipt of the cheque. I have been running door to post without any confirmation that atleast the cheque was received . After requesting for several call backs from their supervisor and being promised a call back in one hour, have not received one for an entire working day.
This is very irresponsible behaviour on the part of the bank!!!
