First Fence of Georgia

First Fence of Georgia installed my fence and now it has begun to lean forward. Upon inspecting the posts, it is evident that there is no concrete poured in most of the base of the post. I contacted First Fence of Georgia on 6/01 and spoke with their Customer Service representative. She informed me that I would need to fill out a repair request form. I promptly received the form via email, filled it out, and sent it back along with pictures of the issue on 6/02. On 6/03, I received an email from the repairs department inquiring about the number of posts and railings needed for the repair. I promptly responded to the email on 6/06 but did not receive a response. In an attempt to follow up, I resent the same email on 6/12, but unfortunately, I have still not heard back from First Fence of Georgia. It is important to note that there is a lifetime warranty on the workmanship, and this issue is clearly a workmanship problem. I simply want my fence repaired, and the lack of response from First Fence of Georgia is completely unacceptable.

I do not recommend First Fence of Georgia. It took seven months to get service after signing a contract. After installation was partially completed several people came by to review the incomplete job only to say it looks good to them. Odd posts were used, spacing between posts is totally off, gates don't open, the twist at the top of the gates is off from nothing showing to a lot showing, and the gate slopes in spots. It was such a negative experience.
