$100.00 is NOT going to be applied to the bill. ONLY to the supply portion of the bill. If you are going to fall for this bait, TAKE THE CHECK.
Once a rebate is requested, it's too late.
It may take months before the change is finalized, also.
It was 3 months after I authorized this change, that the new supplier will take effect. The wait time is 9 months, not 6. If there is a credit, I was told that I would receive it by check. I have zero confidence in this company as the stories change with each representative, I have spoken with. I spoke with Ed, Oscar and Alan twice. Only after I finally received the information packet that I learned of the bait and switch tactic. Furthermore, I now have 100's of spam in my email just since I complained.

Claimed loss: $200.00 credit to the "bill" as advertised.

Desired outcome: Payment by check.
