I am due to receive a monthly payment from alliance in hong kong at the beginning of each month the bic I was given by the assistant in my app gave me the wrong one. As such no money has been received this month and alliance are trying to find where the funds are to retrieve them. I tried again this morning on the virtual assistant and it gave me the wrong bic again. I was given hbukgb4bxxx. It should have been hbukgb41fdc. The correct iban was given with sort code and account number. The money 416.66 pounds has not arrived.
