A policy holder ran a stop sign and damaged my vehicle in late October of this year. On 10/31/25 I received a letter from First Chicago advising they are able to reimburse my rental car expenses. I am also entitled to reimbursement on my deductible for the repairs. I and my Progressive insurance adjustor have been trying to get in contact with someone from First Chicago for close to 2 months.

I have personally sent 3 requests on this and not received a single response. This needs to be properly addressed as I am paying close to $2000 out of pocket for an accident I am not at fault for, and this agency neglects all correspondence.

Claimed loss: $2000

Desired outcome: I would like someone to reach out to me regarding this claim and reimburse me for the out of pocket expenses
