Finrite Administrators / cellphone insurance

I have been paying my insurance and cellphone insurance well for the last 24 months, but now when I have to claim they forward me bank account details to pay R500 excess fee,

Excess fee for what excess? an amount of R500 which I was never even notified about from the inception of the policy !!!?

I really don't understand how can there be a a so called mandatory excess fee, for what, I'm getting the same phone I had Covered

    i have been paying my cellphone insurance every month and now I lost my phone and claimed for a new one a month ago, now they declined my claim because finrite is saying they did not deduct any money from my account and I dont even know the reason. There was no SMS stating that they did not deduct and I had money on my account. I am regretting myself from being a member of the insurance.
